Extremely satisfied. We have received an excellent service from Ramas Climate after struggling half a week with other providers. Have put Ramas Climate guys on spot contacting them in evening with urgent request to replace the whole water heater asap. I got it installed and fully working by mid day. Had not imagined the guys could turn this around so quickly. Curiosity driven have had extended conversating with guys providing service. Real professionals which know their craft to smallest details. Pleasure to receive service from.

This is my second review of Ramas Climate (I'm updating the prior one since Google only allows one review per company). I continue to consider this company to be outstanding in the services it offers. Yesterday Ramas technicians performed annual service on my three a/c units, one of which also required repairs. All the work was done with exceptional attention to detail. The two technicians who came to my house were an absolute pleasure to engage with. I would trust them with any work that ever needs to be done. The billing was straightforward and completely in line with my expectations. I feel very fortunate to have Ramas as the service provider for my heat and a/c systems.

I have been using Ramas Climate for 10 years for maintenance for my house and business. All of their work has been nothing less than incredible. I highly recommend their service. I recommend this company to my friends and they have all been extremely satisfied. Their service is puntual, dedicated, efficient and high quality. This summer I had a problem with my AC at my business and called at 7:30 am for help and the receptionist picked up the phone and by 8:30 am they were already fixing the problem which never broke after. They go out of their way to make sure the costumer is satisfied no matter how big the problem or what time you call. Forever grateful for their services in critical moments!

One bad experience after another. Nearly every time that Tustin visits our commercial building, we then need to call our roofing company to have multiple punctures repaired. This most recent visit resulted in 9 punctures to the roof.

Other short falls that we have experienced. Most recently we got a PM service on two rooftop HVAC units. Within days, BOTH units were in need of major repairs as they completely stopped working. I suspected they were left in "service" mode somehow when they stopped providing cold air, but sadly I was told they needed major repairs and replacement - of both units!

I asked for quotes to replace both units to the tune of $30k. I was told it would take 6 weeks to get these replacements. When I got several quotes from other providers in the area, they were more than 18% lower in cost, and were able to get units to me within 10 days. Tustin would not budge on the price, could not give me a break for replacing two units at the same time, and would not provide me quotes or information for high efficiency units which were interested in. They provided me one option with a very basic quote that did not even include warranty information. I needed to pull teeth in order to find out more, and alternative brands or high efficiency quotes could not be provided.

I had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned by Steven's Home Services in East Hanover. Brian was very professional and made sure everything was done right. He cleaned out the lint trap, replaced and shortened the dryer hose, and checked the air pressure before and after the cleaning. The price was fair, and now I feel confident knowing the air in my home is cleaner and the dryer runs safer. I plan to have this service done regularly for peace of mind.

I have the service last Thursday. It was a terrible experience. The tech wasn’t on time that scheduled supposed on Wednesday then rescheduled to Thursday. The tech arrived and ask additional $100 fee for materials. His service was so rush and rough. The dryer vent was some sort of damage by him. He just ducktaped it without the original steel ring. I have to redo it by myself because that may causes fire. At the end, I had not seen any additional material applied to the job. Such cheat.

melvin and brian were punctual, arriving exactly at 8am, and got straight to work. they diligently answered all my questions, skillfully removed and cleaned all the vent covers, and used high-powered vacuum hoses linked to a truck for the air duct cleaning. i was completely satisfied with the job done by this air duct cleaning company in east hanover. they left the place spotless with no mess left behind.

despite having a crawl space and not a basement, the air ducts in my condo were efficiently cleaned and air purifiers installed by the professionals. clean air now circulates without particles floating and settling everywhere. melvin and brian did an excellent job. i can't recommend their air duct cleaning services enough!

a 2 man crew arrived right on time. both were dressed professionally and ready to work. they wore gloves and masks the whole visit. it took about 4 hours for them to clean all my air ducts and dryer vents. i noticed they didn't take any breaks, so they worked the whole time. during the cleaning, brian showed me before and after photos of the inside of my vents on his phone. after they finished and left, i checked their work and saw they did a great job. they made sure to clean up everything before leaving. they had to cut 3 holes in my trunk line to hook up their vacuums, but each hole was patched up properly and sealed tight. the final bill matched exactly what i was quoted over the phone, and there was no push for extra services. overall, i got exactly what i paid for and would definitely use this company again in the future. their prices are right in the middle—not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. if you go too cheap, you might not be happy with the results. i spent a whole weekend researching which company to choose, and i'm really glad i picked steven's home services. their website is very helpful and helped me ask good questions. they also have a move up list in case someone cancels, so you can get your service sooner, which worked out for me.
