When my AC unit broke these guys came out and in 1 day had a new AC unit installed and they replaced the old rusty duct work while they were at it. Great service and fast install.

Gary, Affordable Air, whom I gave business to during the lockdown last year, not so "Affordable" anymore. I gave two stars because he showed up and I needed to be repaired quickly. My dog chewed the outside wires and it needed to be repaired. It took Gary and his Son about 30 minutes to fix it by just putting on two wires and some wire nuts. That's it $631.00

Nice enough guy but insane, people forget, people "get fat" during the busy times and greedy. The charges were uncalled for and it is a sloppy job. Completely taken advantage of because I was in need.

He gets great reviews, I guess he was trying to get rid of me for some reason. Mission accomplished.

Never again. Bad word of mouth is worth 10x more than a good one. Good luck. Sleep well tonight.

*. You know what you did. Make up all the excuses you want. LOOK at your "expert work" in the pictures. You did not FIX anything. You cobbled the old wires together and called it a day. Staged? it's your work, if you can call it that, and you were perfectly happy to charge over 600$ for it. About 15 mins worth of inept time. Disgraceful and greedy.

* on another note, when I told him my puppy had chewed the wires, the first thing out of his mouth was "you could shoot the dog". real nice.

Affordable air was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier. They were professional and knowledgeable. They came out when promised and completed the work within the time frame given. It's nice to see a family owned company that cares about your satisfaction.

Affordable Air NJ They were terrific. I had a issue with my AC unit at 11pm at night & called their number obviously after hours, they called me back first thing the next morning & came to my house within the hour. They fixed the problem within minutes & we had AC again. Great friendly people & great prices. Highly recommend for top of the line service.

Affordable Air NJ, appreciate experts in their craft. NJNG changed a meter, left and my lower furnace wouldn't lite, NJNG said it was a high limit switch, wasn't the problem....Affordable Air came out the next day early am and did a full diagnostic/troubleshooting, found the problem right away on my control board and I asked if they could also change my humidifier filters, furnace filters and repair a damage humidifier flex pipe. Value added service for a great price. Affordable, I'll see you in April for my AC units. thank you so much!

Always quick to respond (even on Friday nights and Saturday’s), the ultimate professionals, excellent workmanship, great customer service, and clean and efficient when performing service. Take the extra step to personally reach out and follow up to ensure the customer is fully satisfied with the work performed. Would highly recommend this family owned business.

I recently had the furnace and air units replaced. I am over the moon happy lol You will not be disappointed as they are extremely professional. Living in a condo ,I have witnessed the opposite . Affordable left NO DUST, NO DAMAGE to my home nor to the product ( I’ve seen it all ) and they didn’t leave any debris outside !! I can tell you in my community, that’s extremely unusual… we normally find all kinds of debris. I went out side to clean up and to my surprise nothing was there , I loved it ! Gary and team were extremely pleasant ,knowledgeable and answered questions, which was refreshing . I’m extremely happy 😃

Gary and staff at Affordable Air were amazing. They came out twice this week to fix a problem with my heating system. Gary even texted us the next day to make make sure everything was working. Thank you so much for everything. Quick Service, Great Customer Service, and reliable.

Gary and his son did great marvelous AC installations for both my elderly mother's house and ours. At my Mom's house he replaced an extremely old unit, with a new AC system, which runs very well. At our house, he replaced 2 AC systems plus a duct-less mini installation. Keep up the good work Gary. You guys rock!

I was getting tired of putting in window air conditioners every year, and a friend recommended Affordable Air. One phone call brought the owner, Gary, to look over my home and give me a free estimate. The price was very reasonable. I was worried that I'd be losing precious closet space to ductwork, but after his inspection Gary told me he'd be able to run all the ductwork without touching the closets. This is a family owned business, and Gary and his son did all the work themselves. They are experienced, knowledgeable, thorough, and neat. They were very accommodating, explained everything, and were more than capable of dealing with the quirks of an older house. They were even able to run vents into the bathrooms!
Gary and his son do top notch work. Two of my friends even asked for his business card. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

My system in the townhouse I purchased had exceeded it’s useful life. I knew it was going to need to be replaced shortly after I moved in. Affordable Air came out the same day I called and gave me an estimate. Two days later, Gary was at my door by 9am to install a new Rheem Air Conditioning and Heating system. He was very neat and professional. He even spent the time to show me how to setup the schedule on my thermostat.

We had Affordable Air replace an AC unit and furnace and they did a great job. The work that needed to be done was clearly explained to me and the work was done neatly and quickly. We also had them stop by to check out an unrelated issue with our other unit and the problem was identified and solved immediately. Highly recommend!

The service was the best . They were friendly and extremely competent. The father and son the owners really know what they’re doing. Very impressed by the professionals at Affordable Air! It was so easy to talk to Gary about what we were looking to accomplish with our home (built in the early 1900s.) His recommendations proved to be the perfect solution to our Air Conditioning needs. He was very honest about pricing and was able to secure appliances that were quiet, effective and aesthetically pleasing. We were also very impressed with the care taken to maintain our home during installation. There was virtually no dust, no debris nor any evidence of construction within our home during the 3 days Affordable Air spent working on our home. Affordable Air installed central AC in my 1950's cape cod, a project that other companies either said was not possible or was prohibitively expensive. Gary and Gary Jr. had the experience to get this done for us and offered a creative solution at a reasonable price. The AC worked perfectly for us this past summer. I would recommend these guys to anyone and would trust them with any other projects we will have in our house.

Rick was very responsive and answered all my questions regarding service plans vs basic annual tune ups. Ryan was sent out to do the actual a/c check up and he arrived on time was very personable and knowledgeable. He answered any additional questions I had and did a great job for us. I highly recommend this company going forward and suggest you consider having an annual contact as the quality in the servicing is plain as night and day. I believe the difference in the cost will be made up by the greater efficiency and less need for repairs. Comforting to know Rick and his people are only a phone call away at any time throughout the year. We’re signing up for the heating maintenance plan as well!
