I recently had an issue with one of my four heating zones not generating heat on the first floor of my house. I called Volpe Service and was extremely impressed with their prompt and punctual service. The technician arrived exactly when scheduled, which I greatly appreciated.

The technician quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty Honeywell zone valve head for that particular zone. The installation of the new head was done efficiently and professionally. I'm thrilled to report that the replacement successfully fixed the issue and that all baseboards in the heating zone are now working perfectly again!

The combination of timeliness, professionalism, and effective repair makes Volpe Service a top choice. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable HVAC or heating system work.

Where have all the honest businessmen gone? RIGHT HERE! IDEAL installed a system in my home. They came in below their estimate. No addons or confusion.

I regret hiring Ideal Air conditioning. Lou, the owner, has a horrible attitude and in sexist. He specifically did not want to talk to me and asked for my husband to call him and hung up on me. He speaks to women as if they are below him. We paid for brand new thermostats with our brand new appliances. He installed 2 OLD thermostats, that were used. For $100 he is cheating his customers that pay $14k+? What a sleezy thing to do. If replacing the thermostats was more than $50, I would take him to court. I don't have the time to do this. I just want to make sure others know what kind of company he is running. After he replaced the first 1, for being old, he didn't even say sorry. He just acted immature and disrespectful the entire time he was here, demanding to see the original contract, which I provided him with. He should have that.

Highly recommend Ideal Air! They were efficient, reliable, very quick to respond and so nice to work with. They helped fix a few different furnace issues and were very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

I highly recommend Ideal Air. During the polar vortex we recently had, our heat decided to break at the worst possible time. If you have ever tried getting someone to come to your house on a Sunday to fix something its nearly impossible. But Ideal had someone over within 20 min and had my heat up and running in less then 5 min. They also are very fair in price. Great family business!

Called Ideal Air immediately after finding black soot in front of my furnace, the owner Lou called me back promptly & was empathetic knowing this was a big ticket item for me, he told me to check with PSEG first to see if they could fix the issue , which they could not. The problem occurred on a Saturday, by Monday morning at 9AM Ideals workers were in my house replacing the unit. The workers were courteous, professional and answered any questions I asked of them, & the area where they were working was left spotless & any boxes or garbage that accumulated during installation were left neatly outside my home. To say I am pleased with the work would be an understatement!

I recently called Ideal Air in East Hanover because they were highly recommended to my by my realtor. My AC was not working and my thermostat was reading 89 degrees. This was a true emergency. Not only did the owner Lou D'amore call me right back, he left one of his jobs and came to my house within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Ideal Air-conditioning in East Hanover because they're very reasonable, responsive and extremely professional and give them 5 STARS!!!

Our older furnace went out on Saturday and Lou was able come over diagnose the issue within 15-20 minutes of calling. They were able to come and install the new system the ensuing Monday - extremely timely, professional and very reasonably priced.

Just had replacement of entire system. Couldn’t be happier with both the service and price. Before replacement I had a few problems and called Lou and he fixed the problems very quickly. My plumber referred me to Lou and his team for emergency heating repair. The team showed deep knowledge and experience, fixed the problem as quickly as possible, and were pleasant to work with. Company seems trustworthy, and I will now use for a spring /fall maintenance plan.
