Highly recommend! Our AC unit stopped working overnight. I called Ideal at 7:10 am and received a return call within 15 minutes. A technician was at our house within an hour! The unit needed a starter and our unit was up and running within a half hour. I could not ask for better service.

Lou was great! He arrived within an hour after I called. Diagnosed and fixed my A/C under 20 minutes on one of the hottest days in 4 years!!!

The hottest day of the year and my air conditioner stopped working. Who do you call? I read a post on my Nextdoor App that someone had called Lou at iDeal air. I left a voicemail and Lou called me within 20 minutes. He came right over and had me up and running within no time (well maybe 20 minutes). I have his number in my phone for any future issues with my air or my heat. This is definitely the company to call.

We just had our furnace replaced by Ideal Air. And I felt compelled to share our experience.
First, when the furnace initially gave out I was scrambling to find someone to come right away to get it working at least temporarily. I called Ideal Air and they said they’d be there within the hour and guess what....he was there in 45 mins. Awesome.
We concluded it had to be replaced. It was 20+ years old.
We set the date, they said they’d arrive around 10am. And AGAIN...they’re early! Love that.
The two guys who did the installation were extremely nice and courteous. They worked hard and got the job done in 2 hrs less time than they had promised.
Clean up was great. My dogs loved them. Will recommend them to anyone I know.

We had an emergency with the heating system water leaks. I contacted Lou and met at the location in 15 minutes. He immediately found the problem and completed repairs. Extremely professional and courteous. We highly recommend Ultimately saved us alot of money. Thank you Lou

Lou takes great pride in his work, ensuring that every service he provides is thorough and meticulous. I wouldn't consider hiring anyone else in the area for my HVAC maintenance.

Our old AC unit decided it was a good time to stop working. Good thing for Ideal Air, they rescued us and got our dinosaur back up and running in no time, we’re planning a big addition and needed this unit to hold on for a few more months. Great father/son company to work with. Very responsive, kind and efficient. Highly recommend them.

It was a hot summer July day when my
aC suddenly went. A pregnant wife at home and a 2 year old active boy my house sitting in the sun we were stuck. I called Lou at ideal Air and he assured me I would be his next stop to save our day. He arrived quickly and was super friendly. He saved the day for our AC up back and running and was very reasonable with his pricing. A true gentleman, super knowledgeable and pleasure to deal with! I have used Ideal Air twice to replace the existing two zone HAVC system back in 2018 and recently. Very professional and easy to work with. Good quality and reasonable price. I never had any issues with the system installed back in 2018.

Lou did an outstanding job of diagnosing the problem with our air conditioning system, and then making the necessary repairs. We call him whenever we have any issues with our air-conditioning and heating systems. He’s the best!
