Rick and his team are simply amazing. We had a ducted heat-pump system (heating and cooling) installed by Volpe Services to replace our steam heating system. It was a huge job and I don’t know that it could have been any smoother and easier for us thanks to the outstanding work of Rick and his team. The entire process was nothing but constant communication, professionalism, respect, and all the positive qualities you would want demonstrated by a contractor.

Prior to starting the job, Rick showed up when he said he would, communicated the status of the estimate, and answered all our questions along the way (which I had a ton). Once the work started, we were a little intimidated and stressed about having a crew in our house for a week for a large job like this. These feelings were quickly dissolved by the high-quality work the guys did along with their general friendliness and manners. My wife and I were introduced to every person that walked through our door and at some point, throughout the week, had positive interactions with each one of them.

Each day ended with a walk through and summary of the work that was completed, what was to be expected the following day (arrival time, who would be coming, work progress), and how to project was progressing overall. The crew seemed to enjoy both their work and each other’s company. This led to attention to detail and pride in their work that left us beyond impressed. Despite putting in a long, tough week of work, the guys stayed late on a Friday to make sure everything was broom swept, clean, and to ensure that all our questions were answered.

We are truly grateful for the team at Volpe and we highly recommend them, without hesitation!

Excellent company, excellent service, excellent people, very reputable, very knowledgeable; Rick and the team are way ahead of anybody else in the trade. They check & double check to guarantee that the system will perform at high efficiency with good air flow, low static pressure and the proper humidity levels in the house regardless of the load on the equipment. If you want a well designed system that performs well and lasts for many years [ because it is installed properly ] and you want to deal with best company out there than Volpe is the only way to go. I give them 5 + stars.

The technicians arrived on time. They thoroughly diagnosed the problem with my AC system. Unfortunately it seems the problem is with my ductwork, not the compressor, air handler, or dampers. Volpe’s duct specialist is coming soon. Excellent service so far. I’ll follow up after my ductwork appointment.

It was wonderful have ac after the 100⁰ degrees we lad last week. I do believe Vope was the best choice because every question was met with answers, with immediate attention.

We had Rick and his team install a new central air/furnace system last year. I cannot say enough good things about the quality or professionalism of all involved. Rick answered a myriad of questions from us before, during and after the process.

The biggest testament to their level of professionalism is how responsive they have been a few times where we had minor things come up. Both times I received an email response within minutes and we had someone to the house that day.

On the coldest day of the year, our upstairs (bedroom) furnace stopped working. After trying in vain to find the cause, I called Volpe at 9:45. A technician was at our house at Noon. Honestly, I did not expect such a prompt response to our outage. That was impressive. Frankie ran several tests to determine the cause. He found that the wires inside the furnace had melted together from the heat of the flame. That explains why it kept shorting out and tripping the circuit breaker. He replaced the wires and tied them back so they'd stay away from the heat. Truly outstanding service! We really appreciate the prompt response to our outage.

Our house's original owner installs furnace from this company. This fall we noticed the furnace is not heating so I called the furnace manufacture to find the original contractor check what's going on. I'm super afraid to get a huge bill since I have zero experience with this. Overall, they did an amazing job and get our heat back on. The technician kept up informed of his arrival time. Courteous of our property and always used his booties entering our home. Discovered a very possible leak in a coil and added Freon to the system and advised us that eventually we might need to consider having our system replaced and why.

We have used this HVAC service company several times now and they are 10 out of 10. Great clean work, detail-oriented. They take the extra steps, go the extra mile, and vacuum on their way out. Whether it's rebuilding your furnace after a flood, servicing a big old rtu, installing a new aircon/split or just tightening up your ductwork and your insulation to make sure that the system is as efficient as it can be on saving energy - call them.

Great service as usual. 25 year customer. Response was within 3 hours on a 95 degree day. Nicole, the tech, was knowledgeable, informative and thorough. She is definitely a keeper. Could not have gotten better service.

After 28 years our back storage heater died. Made a call to Volpe Service. They were quick to come out and help. Multiple options oh how to replace, as repair was not an option. The crew that came on install day was even better, with a great sense of humor, speed and cleanliness. I could not have asked for more. Thank you for the heat, it’s so warming.
