Professional, quick, HONEST!

It's been a pleasure having them service our HVAC.. My guy Elvis is THE MAN!! Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed my issue, grabbed the part, and got my heat running all within 2 hours. Can't thank him and Russo enough!

I want to thank Nick for his professionalism and knowledge! Nick did a wonderful job diagnosing and repairing our toilet tank that "appeared to be possessed" and was flushing on its own! Nick skillfully emptied the tank and replaced key mechanisms that had eroded over time. This work was done neatly and efficiently. I would also like to thank Theresa, who was able to arrange Nick's service visit the same day I called. I would highly recommend Russo Brothers to anyone in need of an experienced and polite

Russo Brothers just installed a new heating system for one of my zones. They did an excellent job. We have been working with Russo Bros. For the past 30 years. They do all our HVAC and plumbing work. Their employees have always been professional, personable, and have done a great job at a fair price. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with the Russo Bros, specifically Lucas, who came out the same day. I was home with my three little boys while my husband was swamped at work, dealing with what I thought was a minor leak in the garage. Lucas took the time to explain everything clearly, worked incredibly fast, and identified that the issue was actually much bigger than we realized. He handled everything efficiently and even connected us with the Power Dry company to address the water damage. I’m so grateful for his professionalism, honesty, and how smoothly he made a stressful situation feel. Highly recommend!

As always Russo Brothers is professional, timely and informative. Lucas was awesome - repairing three significant plumbing issues today across three bathrooms. They also priced upgrades to our sump pump and installing water softeners for future projects. We certainly look forward to using Russo brothers in the future. And we also look forward to being able to flush our toilets, have hot water, as well as running water in these three bathrooms! All issues that of course came up after closing on a house. We are happy to have everything up and running so quickly. And I always appreciate their upfront communication on pricing.

I had an excellent experience with Harry from Russo Bros, who provided an emergency review and test of my sump pump system. He got everything up and running quickly and took the time to explain exactly how the system works so I felt confident in its operation. On top of that, he gave me great tips on how to prevent my pipes from freezing during the upcoming snowstorm. Harry was professional and went above and beyons. I highly recommend him.

Raul was my tec. Arrived promptly. Had issues with pipes freezing. He repaired freezing pipes under my sink and the water dispenser to my refrigerator. Replaced old corrodedvalves in my basement and Replacedpipes in my basement. He was very knowledgeable and informative. Left the place immaculate. Would definitely use him again. Very pleasant personality as well.

From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly proactive in explaining what caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future. I truly appreciated the time he took to educate me rather than just fix the problem and leave.

There are many HVAC and plumbing companies out there - choose one of them over these guys. Here's why...

High pressure sales pitch where the salesman calls his "manager" to get a lower price and an earlier install date. Amazingly, the manager agrees! I asked that as part of the $15000 installation of a new HVAC unit that they install a dehumidifier I already own. Salesman agrees...

On the date of the install, the actual people who do the work (who, btw, were kind and skillful) knew nothing of the dehumidifier install. When I called the office, they told they'd be sending someone out to quote it. What?! It was supposed to be part of the existing deal. More on that in a moment.

The install of the HVAC unit was completed but it stopped working due to a new breaker that was needed but was not installed for some reason that day (didn't' have the right part), and we were set to leave for vacation. They said they'd come after the weekend but didn't. So the house sat without a functional HVAC system for nearly a week during a stretch of hot summer days. When we returned, the house was disgustingly humid. I called, quite upset, and pressed for an answer on both issues: new but non-working HVAC unit and the installation of the dehumidifier. I was put in touch with the local "branch manager", a real piece of work. He pretty quickly said we can come remove the new unit. I agreed and told him to get it out of my house ASAFP. He realized he screwed up and bent over backwards trying to unsay what he said.

So eventually they got the HVAC unit working and installed the dehumidifier - but they mounted it such that a door cannot fully open! Unbelievable. I've tried to get them to come and move it to a more appropriate location and have gotten zero response.

Seriously, find another company.

Currently selling my home and some issues came up that needed to be taken care of before inspection. Company had a tech out asap, James S. assisted with resolving the issues quickly and efficiently. Knowledgeable and able to give me all options in order to resolve it right away, needed items were readily available and replaced on day of evaluation. Great service, I would definitely recommend and utilize their services again.

One of my two furnaces broke this winter 2025. Within one business week, Russo Bros. made a diagnostic visit, estimate for new system and new installation. Eddie, the estimator, was thorough and explained all options. And made notes specific to my system for the install team. Mark and Keenan, installed my new furnace in half a day: responsive to my requests, worked straight thru the install, thoroughly cleaned the work area and answered all my questions. Excellent service from start to finish! I would highly recommend Russo Bros and will continue to use them for my heating/ac/plumbing issues.

James was outstanding. He worked hard over the course of two days to fully restore both our heat and hot water, and he stayed determined until everything was repaired correctly and running the way it should. He was friendly, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand. We truly could not have been more pleased with the service we received and would absolutely recommend James to anyone needing reliable, high-quality work.

We hired Russo Brothers to disconnect our kitchen sink and then connect our new sink and disposal for a countertop replacement. This required two visits which needed to be coordinated with the countertop contractor.

The technician, Lucas, was able to give us a good price with some different options. The disposal itself was a high quality 3/4hp Insinkerator. The price for the whole job was right in our budget and much more reasonable than other quotes we received.

Both visits were on time and the work was done in a timely manner. The quality of the work is great, the technicians were friendly and our house was left spotless. We also greatly appreciate Russo Brothers’ willingness to fit us in within a week’s time.

Marlon came to help us investigate a leak through our ceiling fan from the bathroom above. He was incredibly helpful and thorough, and I appreciate the care he took in cleaning up after the job was finished. I would highly recommend. This is the third great experience we have had with Russo Bros

Joe and Anthony were exceptional and provided high-quality service throughout their visit.
They were extremely helpful and informative while replacing a water pipe in my laundry room. I was impressed by how much they cared for my home- they left the workspace cleaner than it was when they arrived.

Joe went above and beyond by taking time to educate me on the best way to cover the holes in my wall and provided specific recommendations on where to find the necessary materials. Additionally, they both helped me identify a separate issue in my home that was not related to the plumbing work.

I was overall happy with Russo brothers as they helped solve an issue related to a shower cartridge malfunction. However, the plumber did leave my main water valve slightly closed which significantly reduced the pressure. Luckily I was able to deduce that on my own, but it could’ve led to another call to a plumber to try and understand why i was suddenly seeing low pressure. I don’t think this was done intentionally but I would’ve loved if the plumber did a full inspection of the work area before leaving to ensure everything work set up and working properly. Overall, pleased.

I would also like to commend James,Sr and other partner. The work that was done was done with care , neatness, quietness and pristine care. My boiler is fabulous. It was worth the money. What a professional job! My house is pristine and beautiful, and I’m so thankful they worked in it with the care given. Look at my beautiful boiler. It has safety features too!

A friend recommended Russo & Bros to me. Lucas came to inspect my job then brought Brian and Jake with him the next day to perform the work. The job involved removing a massive cement sink from the basement, original to the house, capping an old basement toilet and upgrading the basement laundry drain and slop.sink. I am VERY happy with the results and with the team that came. Lucas's explanations were thorough and clear (unlike other plumbers i had to check out the job), he was very respectfulof the soace, theybwere all very clean and cleaned up really thoroughly. I'm really happy and will use them from now on.
