Rheem water heater installed 6 months ago and it stopped working. These guys said they would charge me for coming out to fix a brand new water heater which they installed !

DONT CALL THESE GUYS. They give you low rate only to find out they do a poor job installing. then you get leaks and they just explain everything away saying it's not their fault. Had to hire someone else to fix the mistakes.

Never used them before, but this is the 6th time I’ve almost been hit by one of their vans driving insanely fast on rt287 north. They’re going too fast to catch a license plate, watched the van go on two wheels while swerving in and out of traffic almost hitting several cars.

Installed on 9/22 new 6 yr warranty they have had to have reem come out 2 times to my home because the waterheater turns off it had a defective part..they dint take responsibility for the actual water heater unit they peddle the problem to Reem the manufacturers they do reachout to Reem that is it..but they select in my opinion refervished units or bad units to install in your home..NOT GOOD

Shared with the owner that one of his workers were speeding , going 75 in a 50. He told me he wouldn't do anything then called me a RAT. This particular driver could possibly hurt other people (families) on the road. Completely unprofessional.

Response time was excellent! My 16 yr old water heater suddenly broke down and flooded my basement and thankfully Water Heaters NJ came to my house and installed a new unit the next day. Awesome job!

Stay away. Hired them for plumbing for half bath for basement construction and the work was poor. Inspection failed. They don't show up and give reasons to delay indefinitely. Now says, hire someone else to complete the work. Just poor planning and no professionalism. Spare yourself a lot of agony.

Owen D'andrea called us 7:45 a.m. this morning (Thursday, June 25) and arrived around 8:30. He took the old unit out and brought in and connected the new one, he was in and out in about 45 minutes! A very nice young man. He knew what he was doing and left everything neat and clean. A great experience for us!

Waterheatersnj.com lacks professionalism by the crew who show up for the job. The 2 young crew who showed up during pandemic refused to wear masks, Rude and has not clue what are they doing and they left the floor wet.
I asked for a business card or invoice and got nothing, I was told he will go to the truck to bring one and never came back.
Think twice before using the worst company in the market.. add to this they do not even have a company truck, they rent a truck since they can not afford owning one due to the poor job they are providing

Unprofessional and rude. You are entering someone's home. If they request you wear a mask, when entering their home, during a pandemic, just wear the damn mask and lose the attitude. Even the owner said he wouldn't wear a mask. Seriously? Keep your customers happy. If they feel safer with you wearing a mask, in THIER HOME, then happily wear it. Even if you don't think you have to. It's like asking you to wear shoe covers to not track in dirt. Does no harm to you. It's a reasonable request. Owner says "my wife's a nurse", she says it's okay if he doesn't wear as it only hurts him. Well, my DOCTOR says - unless the person is known to you, everyone entering your home should were a mask. Plus, I'm pretty sure that his wife doesn't have any idea of medical issues in my household. Avoid the confrontation, go elsewhere.

Had a good experience last time I use them this time they overcharged me and then came back again because the pipe was leaking and charge me extra hundred fifty no photos when they said they would send... Unprofessional customer service just not happy overall with service. Owner disconnected with business and installer technician technician is clueless very short with customers. Be mindful 4% credit card charge very unusual but it's okay that they let you know ahead of time for this charge. Lastly seems like there's some basic business sense that might be missing or customer service need to retrain employees. Make sure you check their work. If you know nothing about Plumbing there is a chance that you have the feeling that these guys are doing things extra or more than you actually need. Buyer beware.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. Great pricing, wicked fast service. The installers were professional and efficient. They lightened the mood on a very stressful day for our family. They explained everything thing they were doing and happily answered every question I had. There estimate was spot on. No surprises or “unexpected costs” I would recommend them 100%

this experiencewas a rosy one. everything went so smoothi could not believe it/ the installer team arrived in time, they did the work very nicely and about galf an hour thet were all done. very professional people. the cost of the heater and everything wastold to me right up front. it is not like we will come take a look at then we give u a price. i am very much satisfied with the service this comany has provided. cheaper than all others i contacted . before the installer left they cleaned the place and mop the spillage etc.

I have to say I hate using new companies for anything.

I spoke to jeff he answered all my questions about a new water heater.
Jeff is a TRUMP fan so I knew things would go well.
His crew came the next day and removed my old GE 50 gallon water heater and installed the new 50 gallon Rheem water heater.
The job was done in less then an hour and the guys cleaned up any mess .
I would reccomend this company to anyone
