I have no idea why everyone is saying there is horrible service! This place gave me the most beautiful tub and toilet and I am very happy. The workers were so friendly and engaged and the process was so quick!!! I will be coming back!!

Never in my life have I had a better experience with a company! Everyone is so nice and you're welcomed with open arms into their family run business. The customer service is outstanding!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I've never seen a sadder collection of disinterested mopes in my life. I'm all for giving local businesses my money, but this place deserves (and is begging) to be taken out by Amazon and Home Depot.

Over priced
I bought a new American Standard cartridge for which they charged me $100. After got home, I found the same cartridge is sold on amazon for $59. Also from what I heard in store between the store clerk and a customer, they have a no return/refund policy. Will not come back to this store again.

I needed a bath tub for a bath I'm renovating. They told me a veteran who salutes the dead every memorial day. it's memorial day weekend as she drives off in her shiny BMW no chips in the car. They said they had 5 of the type my customer wanted to have installed. My client paid in advance to speed up the process. I got to the store and waited 1/2 hour. To get a chipped tub. So the 2 kind gentlemen get me 2 other also chipped. They didn't let me look at the other 2 tubs because they had to party.

Horrible!! The service here totally blows! Guys behind counter are either retired or won lotto they are so disinterested in helping. I drove 63 miles trying to feed the mom and pops not to mention also spent quite a bit of money there while flipping three houses in neighboring town. they had the part I needed however I could have gotten it online for much less but yet still decided to drive. Never again.

As of February 2023, I do accept the other 1 star ratings. Personals working on the front desk are completely disinterested to work. Have no idea what the customer asks. Material cheap quality. Just waiting for this store to be closed soon and have some other business at least work.

I have purchased my fixtures for my kitchen and bathrooms in my old house and new as well as toilets. Great selection in their store. They took back a couple items that I didn't want. Good customer service. Overall, made my purchasing so much easier.

This review is for the showroom. The parts supply store is fine. The people who work in the showroom are consistently unfriendly disinterested. It's uncomfortable even going into the store. The staff make feel like you are imposing on their precious time. Zero stars.

I needed new plumbing parts, walked into this place after homedepot not having what I needed. They new exactly what I needed and sold it to me. Couldn’t be happier.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews on here. Yes they are crude and direct, but they are plumbers, what do you expect!

I will most definitely be buying more parts from these guys as needed to fix plumbing issues.

I'm not a plumber, just needed a part to fix a leaking faucet. It was really hard to find out information online about the exact part I needed due to all the different variations among manufacturers. I bought the wrong one online and returned it to Home Depot. I actually went to another plumbing supply store first and they didn't have it, but recommended Hanover Supply. They had my part right behind the counter and I was on my way. The whole experience was great, really made me appreciate talking to people who are local and knowledgeable.

Needed an older Delta Peerless shower cartridge. I called and gave the sku for the Delta part. The counter person said they had the part. Great! I drove over and the part is a Chinese knock off for almost twice the price Home Depot would deliver the next day, Stay away unless you’re a plumber passing the cost through to a commercial business on a hot job.

Worst plumbing supply in New Jersey. Unhelpful workers, overpriced products, and owner Jeffery no clue how to treat customers

In January I purchased two American Standard stems for my shower one of them started chattering badly I removed it went back to the store the counter person informed me that is no warranty on this item I couldn’t believe it I spent fifty dollars for one I feel like I was robbed. Surly they are not selling quality products I would never buy anything there again

Gentleman by the name of Tony was extremely rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional. I was taken back completely by his lack of customer service. Rather than assist with an order, he decided to sit in the lounge area for about 20minutes intentionally waiting for me to leave the store as he was the only one able to assist at the time and was unresponsive nor have anyone else assist. I don’t know if it was borderline racism or if this gentleman simply was just not raised properly growing up but the lack of manners and attitude expressed embodied everything a business DOES NOT want in an employee. Couldn’t be any less pleased with encountering this guy. Will not be coming back nor do I recommend anyone use them if you are dealing with Tony. The woman in charge of the showroom is amazing, she is very polite and day and night compared to some of the apparent creatures that are employed there unfortunately her availability is limited.

I know next to nothing about plumbing, but came in with detailed pictures of what I had on my current pipe (including measurements) and the name of what shape adapter I needed on the other end.

The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and quickly identified the part I needed, which I easily installed (so can confirm was the correct piece). He even confirmed what I was trying to hook-up to be sure it was the correct fitting-type.

The price was highly competitive: a fraction of what I'd paid for the [incorrect sized] adapter I'd purchased at the big-box general construction store around the corner.

I highly recomend these guys for your plumbing pieces needs - it's worth the stop.

Never been to a parts supplier that required you to get your own part numbers before you arrive. Ended up going to Johnstone they pulled up all the info in 2 mins. Very disappointed wont be returning to this location

You guys were unnecessarily rude while telling me not to put a replacement part in my water heater. I got the part from a friendlier supply store, and got 2 more years out of my hot water heater. Glad I didn't listen to you. Won't be back.

I hired a contractor for a full bathroom renovation and was looking for a jetted bathtub as part of the project. He recommended this vendor, and I was happy to go to an in-person showroom and support a local business. I worked primarily with the owner Mindy on trying to find the right tub for the space while keeping features that were important to me. We met in person, she made some good recommendations, and then we spoke a few times over the phone. Eventually I ordered the tub I thought was a good match over the phone with Mindy.

However, when the tub was delivered to my home, I realized it did not have jets placed in the right areas based on what I was looking for & what we had discussed. The tub was not returnable, so I contacted Mindy for solutions. She was responsive, but unavailable for a while due to work travel - and her proposed solution was to spend double my original budget on another brand new tub (greatly discounted from its original price) with her again instead! When someone receives a product not matching what they need because you didn't listen, and you tell them you can't take it back, the solution isn't offering to have them spend twice as much on the next one! I gave her two stars because she did make efforts to help solve the issue, but her proposed solution was to give herself another commission that was way over my budget! How is that a good solution???

Instead I solved the issue myself - I sold the tub I couldn't use myself on FB marketplace and found myself a better, cheaper tub from Lowes that had the jets I needed and fit my space. I wanted to speak to a real person who would help me in person with finding what I needed, but unfortunately Hanover Bath is interested in taking your money while ignoring what it is you want. I truly wanted to support a local business and was willing to pay more to do so, but when I got screwed I had no choice but to take my business back to a big box store. I would never recommend this place based on my experience.
