I had been calling plumbers for 3 days with one call back. I called William C Diamond plumbing and had an appointment scheduled for the same. Day. The plumber arrived at the scheduled time assessed the problem within the hour. He explained what work needed to be done and quoted the project. William C Diamond is the company for all your plumbing work. They are the company that cares.

Kevin from Diamond Plumbing was awesome! He was here an hour from my first call and fixed our leaking pipe. He was efficient and professional! Diamond will be my first call when I need plumbing help in the future!

Highly Recommend!!! When I discovered a severely clogged cast iron pipe connected to my first-floor toilet, I knew this wasn't a DIY job.
The scheduling process was seamless, complete with text confirmations and a preliminary phone consultation where Bill immediately diagnosed the issue. Their communication was great. I received the technician's name, photo, and arrival notifications. Bills team arrived punctually as promised.
The technical work was thorough and transparent. They cleared the entire line from the toilet to the exterior of the house and used a camera to show me exactly what was causing the blockage, which I thought was cool. Despite the potentially messy nature of this type of work, they left my house in better condition than they found it.
This isn't my first experience with Diamond Plumbing. They previously installed a tankless water heater for me several years ago with the same level of excellence. Their pricing is fair, and their combination of professionalism, expertise, and reliability was outstanding.
If anyone is looking for plumbing services, Diamond Plumbing would be my recommendation. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

They have systems in place to notify you when they will arrive and who your technician will be. I dealt with two techs, and they both were knowledgeable and capable and kept me informed. I like this company in all aspects. This company is a must-call when you need plumbing work done.

Very nice, very fast, came out within a week to install a water heater and touch up the kitchen sink pipes. Worked well for my brother in the past, was very glad he recommended Diamond Plumbing. Robert was really friendly.

He directed me to call the office, where the secretary was incredibly helpful and professional. She gathered my details and promised a technician would be there within an hour or two to provide a quote for later that day. True to her word, a skilled technician arrived in just 90 minutes. He offered thoughtful suggestions on the optimal placement of the new equipment and recommended models that perfectly suited our home's heating needs.
Bill returned from his trip within two days and called to confirm he'd arrive first thing the next morning. He showed up right on time with two fully equipped trucks, introduced himself and his hardworking team, and dove straight into the job. Throughout the day, Bill worked alongside his crew with unwavering dedication, no breaks, just focused efficiency. By 2:30 p.m., the team was cleaning up, and Bill was successfully firing up the new boiler.
The relief of restoring hot water and reliable heat was immense.

Fantastic company ! We had an issue with a frozen pipe and I called early morning. The woman who answered the phone was kind and sympathetic to our situation. She had someone out to us in less than two hours. Bill was kind, knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He resolved our problem within 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Kim was extremely helpful when I called. Knew I was anxious to have someone come quickly and she called back within an hour to let me know that William was on his way. William arrived, was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Examined the issue, gave me a quote and fixed. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

This was one of those situations that catches you from behind. A simple turning off of our gas line ended up with the water heater not coming back online. I only had a reference to Diamond Plumbing from my neighbor and I needed someone, so I called. The company was responsive (Kim called right back) and they scheduled for the next day. Rob came, did an extensive diagnosis and gave me several options. I opted to replace the unit. Shortly after lunch I had my water heater back online. The job was top quality and Rob took the time to address a couple of per-existing issues to make this job really complete. We are very satisfied.

Bob really knows what he’s doing. My family has been planning to renovate our house for years. We tried getting pricing from other plumbers but they always seemed too expensive. Bob was the best we could find and the finishing work was phenomenal.
