Kevin did an excellent job in unclogging a backed-up toilet. He also replaced the flapper on two other toilets that were running. And I was so glad Kevin was there since he was also able to inspect the sewer line going into my house. Just a few weeks ago the HOA let us know that several homes in the neighborhood had sewer leaks and they recommended getting a sewer line inspection to ensure there were no cracks that could turn into big leaks. So glad Kevin was there and could do the inspection. The sewer line was all clear! We even did a video of the inspection. Lucky he could get all this done in one visit! I will be sure to call Diamond Plumbing the next time I have a plumbing issue!

William C Diamond was contracted to install a new A/C, furnace, natural gas line for a BBQ as well as a new Hot Water heater. They did an amazing job, showed up on time, great communication and were very tidy. Their technicians were friendly and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I found their prices to be competitive and would totally recommend them.

I had a great experience with them. They came out quickly to look at my issue, ordered the parts and were back the next day to fix it. I was impressed with their continuous updates, including texts/emails when the technician was on his way along with a map to track how far he was. He was prompt, knowledgeable and clean. I also loved how they called a few days later to check in and make sure everything was still working properly. Would definitely recommend!

I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a company who literally came out and took initiative based on the relationship of a mural friend to help get a job done with no questions asked. That is the definition of a family oriented owned business and that is what I know William Diamond represents. Man I am so so so so grateful. During the deep freeze we had a couple of weeks ago my pipes froze and they came and fixed my pipes and literally saved my house. And because of the integrity and compassion that they showed to me I recommend this company to everyone in NJ!!! They will not only get the job done but they define what small businesses should look like and you will not be disappointed! THEY HELPED ME BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF A MUTAL FRIEND! Finest Kind! Bill and his crew are top-notch. Considerate, experienced, and professional work. Good communication regarding scheduling and arrival times. Convenient billing with available online payment platform. We have referred Bill to our clients, who have always been happy with his work, and have used him at our home with fantastic results. Bill recently replaced a length of deteriorating steam pipe in our home and re-piped some larger copper pipe and fittings at our boiler, adding a needed drain valve to the return pipe where there never was one. He also serviced the boiler so that we're ready for the heating season.

Highly recommend William C Diamond. Starting with the efficient and dedicated customer service that answers the phone that called me back and got us a tech same day. Our hot water vanished over the morning and by late afternoon Kevin had it running double time. Kevin is a great technician and the company works as one. We have a good, but unique boiler and Kevin had a conference call with his boss and they figured out what we needed and they had parts that day. They supercharged our heat exchanger and we have all noticed the difference. Hot water that lasts!! The bill was very reasonable.

Bill was upfront and helpful when quoting, and Robert was pleasant and thorough when completing the job, I would certainly use them again!

I got connected with Bill due to a plumbing issue I had from another company. He came to my house immediately and diagnosed the issue. He had a team fix it the next morning. It was impressive. I even had a follow up question the next week and he sent one of his guys out to resolve it the very next day. Would for sure recommend.

Robert arrived on time, was super professional and efficient, with the perfect amount of friendliness/small talk. He also did a quik 30second WCDiamond ‘commercial’ (which I respect)for ALL the other services the Company offers.

I highly recommend William Diamond Plumbing and heating. Had a non-emergency issue and they treated me as if I was their only customer. They were very responsive and their technician Robert B was a true professional. He arrived even a little early, checked my situation, let me know the plan of work and costs up front and got my issue fixed quickly. He was thorough and tested his work and thoroughly cleaned any mess he made. It was a pleasure to work with them.

I recently had a great experience working with William C Diamond Plumbing and Heating and I would highly recommend their services. My heating system had a significant leak and Bill was able to diagnose the problem quickly and repair the leak right away. Bill also noted another potential problem with the boiler and fixed that as well. He took the time to explain everything about the repair and his office followed up a few days later to make sure that I was satisfied with the service provided. Kim, in the office is great. She was very helpful with scheduling and helped me navigate the permit process with the town. Everyone that I dealt with at this company was extremely personable, and professional. I am so glad that I called William C Diamond Plumbing and Heating for this issue. I will now start to call them when scheduling my annual heating and air conditioning maintenance. Great job!! I called two weeks before my appointment could be scheduled, explained that my Navien tankless water heater was two years old and required routine maintenance such as changing the filters and flushing, and provided all necessary information at the time. The plumber arrived the day of, didn’t wear booties, tracking dirt across my floor. Plumber proceeded to perform flushing service but told me he can’t replace the filters because they are not the ‘usual kind’. I told him he needs to replace the filters in accordance with the Navien’s owners manual (and offered to provide to him), which was why I originally called…. Lots of excuses why he couldn’t, e.g., they don’t have in stock, no stores around here carry them, etc. So, the company took $50 off my hundreds of dollar bill to simply flush my system; however, the genesis of my request for service was to change my filters also and not just flush the Navien out. Plumber left and left caps/valves Open used to flush; had to troubleshoot on my own to resolve (I believe that is part of flushing a system...) I asked the shop what was going on with the openings and all they did was apologize for the oversight and offered to charge me to come back out for an additional service to replace my filters. These folks are shady, they don’t keep their word. If you quote a customer a price, honor it. If you start a job, finish it correctly. They failed on both ends. Due yourselves a favor, there are plenty of plumbers out there, don’t use these guys… I learned the hard way. Don’t make the same mistake I did. They also put a bunch of their company stickers on my water heater, which I didn’t ask them to. The manager/owner, Bill, called me to talk about the work performed, but immediately took a passive-insulting tone (insulting a potential new customer, not a great business model), at which point I posted this review for transparency purposes… nothing else left to add.

William Diamond Plumbing and Heating came by to look at my heating and hot water heater which was in need of replacement. They showed up promptly at the time they stated they would be arriving. They looked at my heating system and made recommendations on replacing both furnace and hot water equipment with high efficiency boiler and hot water tank . After receiving their quote I will be having them replace my old equipment.
