I don't understand why anyone would leave negative comments for this company. My water heater started to leak, I got a bunch of quotes, this company was by far the cheapest. I called spoke to Steven ( the owner) and he explained the process and answered all my questions. Told me to look at my unit to make sure it was up to code ( which it was). He even followed up later that day to fit into my schedule. Arrived on time. The installation was a breeze. Two well knowledgeable & personable younger guys came, They realized they had brought a tall unit and I needed the shorter one. One guy stayed and started disconnecting the old unit. The other guy went and picked up the right unit. with in an hour they were done.. Thanks Steven

Before contacting Stephen, I had a difficulty with another plumber who could not get the work done at all. Based on the same information provided to the other one, Stephen was very well aware of what to do and had work complete in a week. Nino and Owen who came for the installation were super fast and nicely done. I am not sure of other negative reviews on them but I am very happy with their service and would recommend them.

Very dishonest company. If you want to give them work, first ask everything in writing. Made a mistake giving them a job on 18th of April and it's a very big mistake. Never again call them for any work. Sam and Anthony came to my home to install a new water heater. As soon as they come they said you need a new valve even though there is no problem with the valve. They said in future it may not work. They said you need to pay additional $140 for the valve and the bonding wire and they offered me $100 on the side so they can install it without putting on the bill. When I heard that, I got suspicious because they are trying to squeeze more money from me. I have called their boss "Steve" and tried to explain it, but this gentleman has no patience and very rude and hung up on me. Before giving any business to this company, first get the free estimation and get the price in writing, but be careful. I am done with this company and not giving any of my business and my friends business.

Hired them them to install a new water heater, 1st unit didnt work? they contacted Rheem to replace Rheem came and replaced the unit and that didn't work correctly either so a senior tech came out and said its a venting issue that the sealed unit doesn't vent properly and unit should be power vented. So after spending 1600 for install they tell me its an additional 2500 to install the power vented unit?? No credit for the unit that isn't correct and when asked about it the owner says he did everything correctly and has never seen this issue before, They say that they install more heaters than anyone which maybe true but if you cant recognize or trouble shoot the problem how good are you. I am a licensed new home builder in the state of new jersey this company was referred through a warranty company. When i spoke with the owner he seemed like a good guy so i hired him. Warning Make sure you hire a local licensed company not a company that sends a tech out to replace your unit you will get better customer service.

From the responsiveness from the owner to the quality and speed of the service, everything was great. Our water needed to be replaced and was done within 24 hours of the call. The plumbers were professional and made sure I understood what they were doing and didn’t leave anything out of order. Prices were very reasonable and straightforward compared to others. I would strongly advise against using this company for any service needs. From start to finish, my experience was unprofessional and disappointing.

First, their pricing is a complete rip-off. They initially quoted me for a tankless water heater flush, claiming it would take around 60 minutes. However, once they arrived, they informed me the job would take only 10 minutes or less, which raised immediate concerns about the legitimacy of the initial quote. To add to this, the solution they used clearly states on the bottle that it should run for at least 20 minutes for an effective flush. This disregard for even the basic product guidelines made me question their attention to detail and commitment to quality service.

Their lack of professionalism didn’t end there. During the flush, they managed to spill water all over and didn’t bring any materials to clean up after themselves. Leaving a mess without any attempt to rectify it is simply unacceptable.

In short, this company failed on every front: transparency, professionalism, and quality of service. I would never recommend them to anyone and urge others to seek a more reliable and honest provider.

These guys did a great job. I can install a water heater myself. For me to buy my own water heater was $1000 and then I have to install and take the old one out. Up and down the stairs and get rid of it. For my set up--it was $1500--this is a great deal. Worth the price. They were on time and works was excellent.

My friend Mark recommended Steve, after having a hot water heater installed in his kitchen for his business. I called Steve I told him my hot water heater let go in my basement 3 inches of water throughout the entire basement. He gave me a quote very reasonable price. His guys came the next day an hour and a half later I was in my bathtub again. Very neat job , Nino and his crew made everything up to code, including the 4 inch vent line. I didn’t have to lift a finger !! Money well spent !!

The gentleman at the counter assisted me as soon as I came in. They rang me up, directed me exactly where to go to pick up my items, and even helped load it in my car. Quick and friendly service!

Bought a new watts water valve for close to $200 bucks and was told that it can’t be returned at all and none of their items can be returned. Watch out for this store on this.

The employees are rude obnoxious non caring ,
They should be taught courtesy and respect for customers for they are spending money
The customers maybe from a varied background the central theme from the front desk should be respect and dignity

Had the part I needed, Frederick even asked me to send a pic to verify that they had the right part before I drove over there. Great service!!!

Stay away from this Store. Owner is very rude. The product is not priced right. Everything is overly priced. I will not go to this store.

Parts store is a group of unfriendly, pompous know-it-alls that do not care about customer service. Not worth the aggravation, go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Zero stars.
