They installed two units: one in the basement to cool the first floor and another in the attic for cooling and heating the second floor and attic.

Before choosing Edison, I got quotes from four other HVAC companies. The quote from Air Group was a whopping $60,000 - way out of our budget. Other companies quoted us between $50,000 and $60,000 as well. Edison's quote of $47,709.50 was still steep, but much more reasonable than the others.
