I've had several occasions to need repair services and not being able to do some of these things myself, I've had the pleasure to be able to use Pay Less Repair to get things accomplished in a decent amount if time. The techs are great,always explining what's being done and cleaning after themselves.This company is highly recommended .

Washing machine had leak. We called Pay less and had an appt for the same day. Ty saw a hole in hose and ordered replacement. Came back within 2 days and fixed it. Ty gets A+, as does Pay less customer service!

Has a issue with my Dryer just running and not turning off. Called Price Less and they came out the same day. Ty was great It checked the timer which I thought was the issue, however, when he checked it was the thermostat causing the problem. He explain that a bad thermostat will present it self as a bad timer. It had the part on this truck replace it and the dryer is working again. Thank you TY

Ty was responsive to initial call, on time and thorough in his determination and assessment of the issue. While it was too expensive of a repair (compressor replacement), it was still a positive experience.

Very professional compared to other appliance repair services. The technician, Ty, diagnosed the problem with our washer, advised us how much it would cost, and most importantly he had the parts on his truck!! Price was comparable to other places BUT they had the parts available and I didn’t have to wait weeks!!

I called Payless on Tuesday night, 6/29/2021 and my call was returned this morning, 6/30/2021. The service call was scheduled between 11am and 3pm. The service technician Ty arrived around 12:45pm. He accessed the problem which was my igniter needing replacement. He replaced the part and triple checked to make sure that my oven was good to go. Ty was very professional from start to finish and knowledgeable about the job that he was performing to further ensure my safety. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I used the company three times in the past with satisfaction. Now the company does not return phone calls for further service. I recommended a friend to the company, and she was not called back as well.

I am a snow bird who has several properties in New Jersey and I needed someone I could trust when I am out of state. I called the day before they came out . They responded immediately. No waiting 3/4 days a week . Ty was here the very next day . They sent me a text to confirm and also a call when he was on his way . Due to Covid 19 Ty also had face mask and took every precaution to protect me and himself .
Very professional and washing machine working again .

By speaking with Samsung, I knew that the problem with my oven was the igniter. The repairman brought a new igniter with him and was very efficient in installing it. He even gave me a couple of tips as to how to keep the stove top burners clean, by not washing the parts with water. In all, a very professional job. I have used Pay Less Repair Services in the past and will use them again, when needed.

Great service, responsive, did what they were meant to do at the agreed time at a fair price. Will be using them again. TY is a great technician.
