1800 Heaters did a wonderful job in installing my water heater. They remove my old tank ,install the new couldn't ask for better service. Great job Lynch Plumbing. I will recommended them to my friends and my family.

They came on time and were very careful with the water heater as well as being very diligent within our home in not hitting anything. They were very careful to keep our carpets clean whenever they moved from outside to inside our home. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was directed to them by requesting a quote through Home Depot. Received 5 calls and 2 voice messages between 6 am and 8 am, which was annoying but better than the ones that don't call you back I guess.
Real issue was the person on the phone... was super rude and unwilling to answer basic questions. For instance, when I asked if a 120V heat pump water heater could be an option, they told me "if it was I would have said so". If this is how they treat potential customers, I hate to see how they would treat contracted clients!
They seem quite expensive (quoted $3,400+ for installing a heat pump water heater and hauling the previous one away).
I'll definitely be looking elsewhere and I recommend you do the same.

They responded quickly, the install was done well and quick. Only negative is I needed an expansion tank, fair enough, but $350 to screw on a $50 tank seemed to be an excessive add on

emergency situation.10 degree farenheit where I live. Water heater broke. water all over my basement. Told me same day. Local plumbing company calls and said next day installation. Fine. Guy comes. Says the wrong heater was ordered. They leave. Office calls me. Says they don't work weekends. Different heater needed and won't be able to get it for four days. Installation in five days. They couldn't care less. 1800 heater called. Inexperienced guy that sounds like a kid says no else they have can do it ealier. I contracted them through Lowe's. Lowe's says their website request form goes to this third party directly and they can't help.

Felix was wonderful. I was surprised how young he was. He was very professional. Answered all my questions. He took out my old Heater. Installed and renewed my connections to code. 1-800 Heather's made everything very smooth. I appreciates how fast the call was handled. I had a hot water heater installed same day. My family and I were grateful to gave hot water as fast as we did. Would definitely recommend 1-800 Heather's.

I was extremely pleased with 1800Heaters. I called around 8 am and by 1 pm my new gas hot water heater was installed (even though I originally purchased a heater too large for the area and it had to be returned). The delivery man and installer were extremely courteous. My original hot water heater was installed very sloppy by another company. The hookup looked terrible. Peter, the installer, straightened out the other company’s poor workmanship. I couldn’t be more happy with how it looks. I would highly recommend 1800Heaters and Peter. They deserve 10 stars, not five.

The plumber 1800 HEATERS sent us was excellent as he went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and even gave recommendations. Very professional. Company installed a water heater in 2021 without getting a permit which was required where I live. The technician didn't recognize that we have a closed loop system which requires an overflow tank be installed with a new hot water heater. Because of this incompetence, the new water heater failed in a little over 4 years and we needed a replacement. The company then called me a lier and said the pressure valve which makes it a closed loop system wasn't there in 2021. Not only was it there, I had an independent plumber tell me that valve is 15-20 years old! Don't use this company!

Update: I called the number listed below and entered the extension that they wrote below. The persons had no idea what I was talking about. I've sent emails and a certified letter to them outlining the issues. There is no excuse for them to not know what I'm talking about. I've been promised a call by by the end of the week.

Update #2: They did not call back before the end of the week as promised. I realize it's a holiday week, but the person I talked to promised a call back before the weekend. I'll call again next week and see what they have to say.

Update #3: I called back today. The first person had no idea what I was talking about. I was transferred to someone else who said he just heard about this situation today, but only a manager could help me. The manager wasn't available. They claim that they've been investigating this for months. However, they have ignored my communications the entire time. They claim that they can't be sure that a permit was required, but it only takes a quick call to code enforcement in my township (like I did) to get the information on the code that was in place during the initial install. I think I'll have to file a lawsuit for get my money back.

I recently had a new water heater installed by 1800Heaters. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process from scheduling to installation. Kevin at 1800Heaters was always available and he answered any questions I had regarding scheduling, permits, installation and follow-up. The installation by Eric A. went smoothly. Eric was very professional in his work and gladly answered any questions I had. At the end of the installation he cleaned up the work area and took the old heater with him. The entire process went smoothly and I am glad that I used 1800Heaters.

My plumber Ivan was excellent. He was courteous, knowledgable, and did a wonderful job with a challenging install (heat pump HW heater located under a staircase). Strongly recommend him.

The Lowe's by me said that they offer water heater installation, but said that I had to fill out a form online. Looks like they just outsource the work to 1800 heaters. I received a quick initial response to my initial online form with follow up questions. I responded to the email within 24hrs, and 72hrs later I've gotten crickets.

Woke up to a bursted water heater. Water all over the floor. Within 60 minutes called Home Depot and had filled out an order request. Home install less than 24 hours later. Was not inconvenienced at all. Great price. Good warranty. God bless Home Depot and 1-800 heaters!

Will did an excellent job with the water heater installation. He patiently answered all the questions and also hauled the old appliance. The entire process was very smooth and am satisfied with their service.
