It is with great gratitude to write this review due to the extraordinary professional work they performed at my house (Its the small things that make a customer happy). Upon punctually arriving at my house, Amos and Sean placed shoe covers on their shoes to prevent contaminates from entering my home. My laundry room is one of the most constricted areas in my home, but it was no challenge for this duo as they were able to carefully move my laundry units without scratching, denting or dislocating them. My vents and ducts were cleaned with a very powerful vacuum in a matter of minutes returning a piece of mind knowing that my house won’t catch on fire due to vastly accumulated lint. I called the previous day and explained my situation. He told me he can squeeze me in the next day at 4pm. He came at 3:15 and was out by 4. They wore feet coverings and didn’t bang into everything bringing it up the stairs to the laundry room. They were very thorough and clean. I’m glad he told me not to run the dryer till they got there. It definitely could have started a fire. Hired Vent Pros to do air duct and dryer vent cleaning of my new home after getting quotes from multiple companies in the area. Because of the timing, Rob and his team ended up coming the day after I had just moved. Despite boxes being everywhere, Rob and his team were so kind, efficient, and did exactly what they said they would. I felt comfortable having them in my home.
