The Vent Pro guys were great! From our initial phone call to the time they performed their services I knew these guys knew what they were doing! They were super friendly and professional and ensured our house was taken care of like they explained. They also serviced a few of my neighbors same day and everyone was very happy with their punctuality and service- we all will definitely use Vent Pros again! Great value, great job, great folks!

It was our first time to have our air ducts and dryer vents cleaned and we had a wonderful experience with Vent Pros. Robert was quick to respond to our inquiries and quoted us a fair price with special discount for being a front-liner. Robert and his assistant arrived to our home on-time and made us feel safe by wearing masks and shoe protectors. They cleaned all the airducts and dryer vents thoroughly and even took pictures to show us the before and after. We will definitely recommend them and will hire them again in the future.

Robert and his team are excellent to work with. Robert got me on the schedule as quickly as possible as we had purchased an older home and were worried about our vents/ducts not having been cleaned over the past 50 years. Robert also recommended cleaning out the dryer vent and we are very happy we did, as the dust and debris that was returned from that vent would make almost anyone cringe. Highly recommend Robert for duct/vent cleaning and will use him again in a few years when it's time for the regularly scheduled cleaning.

After noticing excess dust throughout our house despite being OCD in cleaning every room throughout the week, we decided to look into vent/duct cleaning services. Initially, we contacted a company advertised in the weekly ad mailers who offered an all-inclusive, unlimited vent price. After they came to the house we quickly learned the price was a gimmick and they were basically going to dust the insides of the ducts - no deep cleaning - to fully remove all the dust/debris. Plus, they were going to charge us over $200 more than the advertised price for services that should have been included.

We were going to hold off until our friends told us they had their house done by Vent Pros. They showed us the before and after pics and raved about their professionalism and attention to detail, so we called them. Rob and Amos came the next day to see our system and vent layout. They were punctual, friendly, and very professional in explaining their process and as promised, they had a quote to us later that day, which was better than the advertised prices we saw in the mailers. We confirmed and couple days after Rob, Amos, and Sean were at our house on-time and prepared. They didn't rush and paid very close attention to each vent/duct - cleaning each thoroughly until it looked brand new.

The final result was mind boggling and frankly scary to see all of the dirt, dust and debris they blew out of our system. We could have filled up at least one home depot bucket with everything they cleaned out. We immediately thought to ourselves that we have been breathing all of this garbage in for the last 8 years. Needless to say, it was an incredible decision to hire Vent Pros who exceeded every expectation we could have. Priced right, thorough deep cleaning, no gimmicks, and just great guys overall. Always remember that you get what you pay for and with Vent Pros - you are getting the best in the business at what they do. The pictures speak for themselves!

Good work on fixing what the previous contractor botched, but be aware this company does top-notch heating and cooling services with trustworthy pros.

I would not recommend hiring this contractor for any air conditioning installation work. The experience was disastrous from start to finish. Despite the new units being installed just six months ago, they are still not working properly.

The electrical inspection failed, and the contractor had no idea how to install outdoor outlets correctly. He planned to install the units closer together than specified, which is a major safety concern. I had to supervise him closely throughout the job.

When the work was left unfinished, he excused himself to attend to personal matters, leaving his employees in the dark about what to do next. The holes in the house were never sealed, and it took another contractor to fix them properly. To make matters worse, the unit's motor burned out due to poor workmanship, and when I brought it back to him for repair, he refused.

The contractor also spilled Freon in my attic and drilled holes into my walls without patching them up. The units were supposed to be installed in June, but they're still not working as expected. The only reason I'm writing this review is because York saw the subpar work and attempted to correct it.

Be wary of contractors who use their faith as a sales tactic. Sam's claims about being honest with Allah don't hold water when you see his work for yourself. He was unprofessional, disorganized, and didn't respect my property at all. When I asked him to level the units, he insisted on using bricks that were already in my walkway, which he took out. To make matters worse, he broke some of my walkway stones while dragging in the units.

When I politely asked him if he'd sweep up the debris from the installation process, he told me he didn't have a broom – and then expected me to provide one. I had to buy a new broom just for this job. The final insult was when he took off my moulding to fit the handlers and left the broken pieces behind.

The whole experience was a disaster, from the poor workmanship to his complete disregard for time management. He left early to pick up someone from the airport, demonstrating how little he cared about completing the job to a reasonable standard. If you value your money and your peace of mind, stay far away from this contractor.

The new heating system was installed by this company. The service was top-notch, with punctual arrival and swift completion. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. Prices were fair and reasonably priced. Highly recommended for a hassle-free experience.

I'm still shaken by an incident where a technician from your company physically assaulted my child while working on their vehicle on the side of Montville's 202 near the fire station, after they were speeding and threatened to punch in the window.

We hired Reiner to install our central air conditioning and new boiler last year. The boiler installation was top-notch, sized correctly for our home. However, the air conditioning system was installed with some subpar work - the ducts were not sealed properly, main ducts were run haphazardly, and low voltage wiring was sloppily terminated outside a box. Despite this, the performance is generally good, although there are some far-off runs that struggle to match the rest of the house.

The service experience has been a different story altogether. When we first contacted Reiner after receiving postcards about their efficiency check, we were told it was only available within 30 days of installation. It's unclear why this would be the case, especially after the technicians had just finished installing our system. Our interaction with the service representative was extremely poor - they seemed unhelpful and dismissive. We've been thoroughly disappointed with the follow-up care from Reiner.

    Very good service.

    Service is top-notch, but pricey.

Transparent with costs upfront, provided several options for the job. The team was tidy and efficient, completing the work to a high standard.

We had a scheduled appointment, but they never called to let us know it was canceled. When we tried to reach out 10 minutes later, the woman on the phone was extremely curt and rude. We were left feeling frustrated with poor customer service and the lack of respect for our time. Given their attitude towards customers, we won't be doing business with them again.

Rocco provided excellent service, demonstrating extensive knowledge that led to swift diagnosis and effective repair of the system.

Rocco and his team have been working on our home for nearly a decade. They deliver high-quality work at affordable rates, and Rocco genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction - making him the go-to choice for reliable HVAC service.

Be wary of this company's billing practices - they'll hit you with a big bill upfront, but make sure to get a clear estimate beforehand, or you might be surprised by what you're charged later on.

When I got my invoice, it included charges for condenser cleaning, air handler coil cleaning, and inspections of all moving parts and sensors. It broke down into $140 per unit, which I was told was their standard rate for this service. However, the total came out to be $936, which seemed excessive at first.

It wasn't until I questioned the bill that they offered a discount - $10 off each of the 5 units, bringing the total down to $791.80. But what really caught my attention was the labor charge, which was listed as $225. When I asked what this labor included, I was told it was just changing the filters I provided for each unit.

It seems like a standard task that should be part of their maintenance package, but apparently, Rocco's company considers it an additional service. The only thing that changed after I pushed back on the bill was a reduction of $70 in labor costs.

What really bothered me, though, was that they didn't even bother to inspect or quote for the two units that weren't working properly - the ones that brought me to them in the first place. My husband had another company out to get an estimate and quote for those units, which came out to be less than $300 for a replacement.

It's clear that Rocco's company is charging for work they claim isn't part of their standard service, and they're not transparent about it. I wish I had known this before calling them in the first place - live and learn, I guess.

Rocco did an excellent job - his rates were fair and he was a pleasure to deal with. The whole process, from booking to completion, was seamless thanks to great customer service, particularly from the RJA team.

RJA replaced my central air unit in March 2019, courtesy of a referral from my in-laws who had nothing but glowing reviews after a similar experience eight years prior. Eight years on, I'm still impressed with Rocco's team at RJA Heating and Cooling - their service remains exceptional. Unlike other quotes I received from big-box stores, which came with aggressive sales pitches, RJA took a more respectful approach when reviewing the project with me. Their pricing is competitive, and the owner personally oversees the installation. The crew left my house spotless, and the new unit is working perfectly. I wholeheartedly endorse RJA and would unhesitantly recommend their services to anyone without hesitation.

Rocco has extensive knowledge of his craft. We initially had separate systems set up for our main house, TV room, and loft area. After exploring options with numerous HVAC companies, Rocco provided the most sensible long-term solution. He also freed up attic space while optimizing the system to work efficiently. The result is a setup that sounds like it's designed to be a wind tunnel, with noticeable leaks in the attic - not ideal for comfort or energy savings.
