Our water heater went due to a transformer catching fire outside our house. Called Aquino that night, they were there and installed our new water heater the next morning. Very professional and highly recommend!

Darren did an excellent job repairing my toilet. The handle and flapper needed replacement. It was fixed very quickly and effectively. “New York Darren” is very professional. I am grateful my toilet water is not running anymore. And, the new handle looks beautiful. I definitely recommend Aquino plumbing. The staff and workers are all great.

Ross has provided excellent both emergency and scheduled repairs service for my investment properties in Northern NJ. Always explains my options and stays on a job until it is done right. His focus on doing jobs the right way (often repairing someone else's previous work) is bar none. Incredible professional integrity. Strongly recommend for residential jobs of all kinds.

This is my second time hiring Aquino Plumbing and Heating. They came right away and were very professional and friendly and did an excellent job on the plumbing work on my furnace!!! A few minutes after they left, my township's fire inspector came to inspect the furnace. Then, the next morning, my town's plumbing inspector came to inspect the plumbing on the furnace, and I am so happy to say that it passed both inspections! Once again, I am very satisfied with the consistent excellent service, including the customer service, provided by Aquino, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for plumbing service!!!

Had an urgent need for a new hot water heater. Aquino Plumbing & Heating came in less than two hours and installed a new one the same day! Ross is friendly, professional, and was reasonably priced!

Not only was making an appointment so easy (especially days before Christmas!) but they kept in touch before our appointment and called an hour before arrival. Darren (the New York Darren!) was so professional, informative and did a thorough job with each plumbing issue we had. They made a tough time feel manageable and gave us peace of mind throughout the process. Cyndi in the office was friendly, patient, and helpful every step of the way. Darren and his team were clear in their communication, honest about what needed to be done, and respectful of our home. We really appreciated their straightforward approach and the care they put into their work. We’re thankful we called them and would definitely recommend their services.

Working with Ross’s staff was pleasant and convenient. Cindy was prompt in responding to my email and we had my job scheduled for in two days. What I particularly liked about the contact was they sent an advance text confirming what time the plumber would be at my house, along with a picture of the person. In this case it was Daren, a very nice, personable young man. Daren was very professional and went over everything with my husband in advance. In this case the toilet was leaking from above the shower, so opening up the ceiling was required. He confirmed with my husband how long the job would take and what it would cost. Daren cleaned up when he was done and said he would get us the name of their handyman to close up the ceiling. We definitely would use Aquino Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

Aquino Plumbing & Heating really grate company the only reason is they have highly experienced, smart , intelligent, polite & hard working employee (plumber's).Quick response, ontime arrived.
Aquino did sewer line plumbing work in my crowl space basement hight only 2 feet. I can say it was hardest work I ever see for sure. Two well experienced & hard working & very polite plumber they explain all work they do very politly & one really hard working helper did very very well job in my crowl space basement. I am really happy & highly satisfied. Charges very reasonable. After work done plumbers double check & make sure 3 to 4 time all work is perfect & working place make nice & clean.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PLEASE TRY ONE TIME THIS COMPANY .

Daren C. has a 5-star rating for a reason: he's prompt, clearly explains the situation, options and gives pros & cons. He's thorough, cleans up & is cheerful. Daren C. changed out 3 angle-stop valves & pipe below the kitchen sink, assessed our faucet&supply lines to still be good, and he replaced our non-functioning garage hose bib &valve, as well as the indoor secondary valve to the hosebib & the connecting pipe to the valves which is through an enclosed stairwell cavity. Thankful we did not need a new faucet/supply lines. Very efficient!!

I felt like I was a pest but Cindy (Customer Service) was incredibly helpful! She knows her stuff! I hope you don’t ever need a plumber but if you do, you will be in very helpful and kind hands! Also of note - I’m never happy with the work/service of anyone in the trades! They are exceptional and responsive.

Courteous, efficient, knowledgeable. He bailed me out when another plumber didn’t show up. He came the same day, charged a very fair price and finished in a timely manner. I’d recommend him any day.
