Terrible service, took forever to get one thing I needed, will definitely not be coming back. I'm a contractor and deal with different supply houses around the area and I have it say this is the worst one

This place is great, I visited to replace an AC Capacitor and Joe helped me. He was knowledgeable and made sure I had the correct replacement by calling Carrier for a confirmation.

NONE of the staff have a clue whats going nor the fittings they sell. Took me 30 minutes to return a single wrong fitting I was given. Get it together or people that have just the slightest clue about the plumbing fittings they sell.

Ok, my husband and I ordered $1300 worth of supplies here as we were redoing our bathroom and I ‘thought’ this would be a better option over Home Depot. Well, it isn’t. First of all, I told our sales rep 20 times I wanted a square shower head and drain. We picked out our supplies, went over it with her and paid, letting her know work would begin on 1/2/19 (we ordered our stuff on 12/8 at the Saddlebrook showroom). We told the rep that since we live in Caldwell it would be best if the supplies were delivered to the Fairfield store. She said no problem, but when I called to follow up no one in The Fairfield could find my order, but promised they could deliver it to my home the following day...of course it wasn’t. So, I called our rep and received a lecture that I should have arranged delivery through her...ok, whatever. Finally the stuff was delivered but the one thing I stressed to our rep that we needed ASAP was missing. No one could figure out where it was, so when I called the rep she insisted that I had already picked it up. This never happened, and finally some genius found the part and the guy delivered it. When I opened the products I noticed I received...a round shower head. Ugh. Furthermore, the toilet had the wrong “rough in”and is sitting 6” from the wall, so I had to call Wellington again and was told they couldn’t help me because I should have measured the “rough in” and “most houses have a 12” rough in”, so I’d have to buy a new toilet after spending $400 on the one I already bought. I’m just going to have to hire a plumber now to fix this mess or but another toilet. What s bunch of jerks, I will never buy anything here again !!!

They have product but are rude and sell at a high price. A Circulator Pump I needed was $35 more expensive than other stores. I still got it since i had to get the job done.

And, the guy in front kept saying he is not a plumber when I asked him if the washers were right.

Not going back unless I am really in a pinch

Worse customer service EVER. All 4 guys were to busy on Instagram than to take care of their customers. They don't even acknowledge you when you talk to them and you can't even tell if they are listening because they don't look at you in the face. This was the first time here and it will certainly be the last time. This place sucks bad.

Been shopping at Wallington in Fairfield for years. Matt always takes care of me, I’m in an out and my order is always correct.

Came in in January (sorry for the delay) for a part for my parent's old heating system. Not only did they get the part in less than 24 hours, it was $20 less than any other price I could find. Heat was back on the next day. I've been in a few times over the last year for various other repairs and have received great service and helpful advice each time. Thanks again.

Knowledgeable, helpful service staff. If they say they have it, they do. You never have to look for parts, etc. Good prices, and a much better experience than going to a hardware store.

Called on New Years Eve with an emergency as my sump pump went out and we were due for a bad rain storm. The manager Randy was extremely courteous and professional, even waited 15 minutes passed closing to wait for my arrival in order to purchase the new pump.

Extremely competent, courteous and professional interaction with customers. Staff I encountered were very knowledgeable and patiently answered my questions. They did not have my part in stock but offered to check their other stores.. My experience was customer service at its best; something you rarely find these days. Strong recommendation!

They did not stock the duct work I needed, but were able to have it fabricated to my specs by the next day. Then they delivered it to my job as well, for free!

The help behind the counter at the Fairfield location is very unpleasant. I did not get this kids name unfortunately, but I was just looking forward to getting out of there. I get to the counter and the employee is practically mumbling asking “what do you need” in a very monotone exhausted way like as if I was an inconvenience to him. All I could think is great this is great customer service. When he handed me my receipt he said no words and walked the other away as if I wasn’t there. No have a nice day, no thanks take care. The kid looked like he was in bed still. I’m definitely avoiding dealing with him in the future even if there is a busy line, I rather wait.

As a local contractor I highly recommend this supply house. I rely on this location for most of our work. Friendly reliable service.

Aquino showed up in a short notice. They hooked up a new faucet and was able to make the plumbing work with a very deep sink that we purchased. Nothing ever goes easy but Aquino did it! I’m so happy with them. Their staff is such a pleasure to work with!

Ross came to rescue when we had a plumbing emergency right before Christmas!! Not only was he very responsive and quick, but his work is impeccable! I have already recommended Aquino Plumbing to others and I wouldn’t hesitate to continue!

Our water heater went and with Aquino, they set up next day installation. They made sure they were careful the house and they were the nicest guys setting it up. He also stayed longer to make sure it worked with water and heat.
