I recently had a plumbing issue that required immediate attention, and I’m so glad I called Gregg NY Plumbing. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. The plumber arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. Greg was not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem and outlined the steps needed to fix it.

Ferguson is a great option for Plumbing supplies if they don't have it usually can have it by next day.

Great services from a seller .

Horrible customer service. They act like your a bother and there is no acknowledgement. I thought it was a one off but it seems to be all the time. As for as parts available on the floor the place is completely empty. I found much better place and there are many in the area.

I have been going to this branch for many years even before it moved to this location. I can’t state enough how unbelievable the store is as well as the staff. Especially the branch manager Adina. She has consistently gone above and beyond. Not to mention to begin with how knowledgeable and courteous she is, and more importantly fast and efficient. Thank you Sooo Much!!

Everyone here always greets me the second I walk in, and is a pleasure to deal with. They are also very knowledgeable and always have what I need, and even if it's something really odd, they usually can get next day. Not sure about the other (negative) comments I see on here, maybe they have confused with a different branch or company, as I can't see them being rude, and there isn't any young (punk) kids that work there. Anyway, I highly recommend!

One of the worst supply houses I have ever been to I try to warranty my water heater with them they wanna sell u a new one and wait for them to ok the warranty your better off going to Lowe's or Home Depot and they mark up the price for garbage heaters DO NOT GO HERE.. The manger here is a rude little punk that likes to talk down to everyone.

Great place after visiting 1 star plumbing store. The lady working there is absolutely great! She recommended cost efficient, high quality merchandise. I had to replace brand new Home Depot toilets which broke few months after installation.

Great on customer service. I was looking for a capacitor for my central air fan unit. I gave them all the information about the part and within minutes I was out of the Ferguson Plumbing Supply. I will definitely be coming back if I need any other Parts

Beware at all costs- employees had a nasty attitude from the moment i walked in and offered zero help. I explained what I was told from my water heater manufacturer, and their response was “I have zero idea what you are talking about.” They continued to be nasty to me so I decided to walk out of the store after the female employee cut me off mid sentence. She then proceed to follow me to my car that was parked in the parking lot to try and continue the argument. I told her to have an excellent day in which she responded “you aren’t welcome back here “. I went to the other supply shop in town and they were able to solve my issue without being nasty to me. Avoid this location and go to the Wallington supply shop unless you like being followed out to your own car for an argument when you are trying to calmly leave.

Can’t say enough about my consultant Jose Cartright in Fairfield. He helped me design my complete renovation, drawing up three separate price point recommendations (low, medium, high). In the end, the results were beautiful. Fast forward five years, I had a problem with a couple minor parts. He helped me figure out what to order, all of which were covered under a lifetime guarantee. I am a customer for life!

Excellent work.... great guys with great attitudes. Customer needs absolutely comes first with them. I highly recommend !!!!
