Good place to browse for fixtures for the kitchen and bathroom. They sell mostly higher end fixtures and have a great amount of them out to look at

The customer service is horrible. They have a good selection but the hardware took forever to arrive home and it was delivered incomplete. The other parts got lost. And more than a week to get a response and still waiting. No response. Do not use this place. Maybe get some estimate and buy it in another store.

Hardware designs used to be my go-to for all my needs, especially because the employees were a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership it appears to be a totally different business. Garet is a lazy excuse for a manager. It's obvious they treat both customers and employees poorly. Only the bottom line matters, right Garet?

Fantastic experience. All sales reps were very knowledge, and the show very beautiful. It is now the place I will go to first. We several bathrooms to remodel.

There are always people who "work" there floating around however when you actually ask to speak with someone you need to wait for someone to be assigned to you and then wait until that person comes to meet you up front. I walked around yesterday, made a list of mental questions and then asked to meet with someone. The front desk receptionist called back and I was told someone was coming. I good 6 minutes later and 3 returned emails, did the receptionist ask if I wanted a drink, hopefully realizing that I was still waiting. I then walked back to look at the item I was interested in. When walking back a new customer came in and said she was meeting XX. When someone finally came down I assumed it was for me, but it was actually for the customer who just walked in. Annoyed I told the receptionist, never mind and went to leave. She said the person was on his way and immediately called back again to ask where the person was.. she was basically told he didn't leave yet to come down.. so I walked out. I guess you need an appointment just to ask a question... or walk in with a LV bag and they'll be kissing your feet.

We all run into issues from time to time, but what sets a company apart is their customer service and response even if they don't always have the perfect answer. Hardware Designs is excellent for that. They are extremely professional and responsive and fair. Excellent Customer Service!

I've bought tens of thousands of dollars in their merchandise in the past. I have made 3 calls over the past 3 weeks to replace a shower head and hose which I purchased at Hardware Designs. I have also left a message on their internet site. The receptionist I spoke to said that "Rocco will get back to you" each time, including the last time when I explained that I had called twice before without hearing back! I know the Covid 19 crisis is difficult, as I am a front liner in healthcare however there is no excuse for this king of customer care. Not even a call back??? Really? Trust me, I will find somewhere else for my next project.

Walked in there today to probably spend 30,000$. They were horrible. The lady at the desk had about as much personality as a dead cow. NO customer service. Looked around and got no help so walked out! The worst. 👎

I never write reviews, but I had to this time because of the great service I received from Rocco in the customer service department at Hardware Design.. I had some issues with valves and faucets I bought from them quite some time ago and he was fantastic in helping me get the parts and walking me through it so I can change them myself.. he was great!! In a world that is going "no touch" it's great to see a business continue to succeed because of it's people....Carlos

Hardware Design offers outstanding customer service, starting from the sales, Brenda Miller, was extremely knowledgeable and has a great taste, to the stockroom manager Rocco who is extremely professional and helpful. This company is worth every penny that you pay. They are always there to help you and make sure you are happy with the product even a few months after your purchase.

Gorgeous merchandise. Very friendly, helpful staff. I bought many complicated items there to renovate two bathrooms. I needed extra help with a shower head that was defective. Also I needed the glass shelves for my medicine cabinet replaced when my electrician dropped them. Monica made good in both situations. She went out of her way to help me. This is an excellent establishment.

Don’t bother coming to this store , I spent 15 minutes walking around begging store employees to assist me . Unfortuantely they have better things to do like sit in an office and laugh together. Not sure if we were discriminated against because we are a younger couple . If you don’t feel like begging someone to come assist you . This isn’t the place to go .

My experience at Hardware Designs has been phenomenal. Bisette was extremely helpful in finding the exact fixtures we needed and was just wonderful during the whole process. They have an incredible selection of products as well.

I do believe the store is busy and it is better to make an appointment (versus walk-in) - but just a guess.

Technician Chris resolved an unusual sink drain clogging issue I have been experiencing for many years. He was professional, persistent, knowledgeable and left no mess behind. Price was fair and I was luckily able to schedule a short notice appointment.

The Valley guys arrived right on time, very professionally set up what they needed to do to accomplish their task and set to work. After they finished they cleaned the area they worked in, perfectly. They spent the time to explain what they were doing and explained in detail what the found. We would like to thank the crew.

From the time we called for service, we were treated with kindness and respect.
The guys who showed up were professional and did an excellent job, clearing the clog and repairing the toilets to our satisfaction. We would not hesitate to call them again or refer them to friends and family.

The gentlemen that cleared my water line were very nice as well as professional and capable. The company squeezed me in on an already busy day yet there was no rushing through the repair. I will use this company again if I need to (hopefully not) and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for saving my weekend!

The service was excellent and quick. They were here shortly after I called. They diagnosed my clog and had it cleared in under an hour. They were neat and explained what they had done. Both gentleman were polite and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Pleasant and thorough service. The technician clearly explained what the issue was and gave recommendations to keep it from happening in the future (sewer main entrance was clogged up). Prices were explained ahead and reasonable. I will certianly be calling them if we have issues again.

lan (owner) of Valley Sewer & Drain started a job in November 2023 that affected 6 home owners. He started the job then disappeared for approximately 3 months. When he started up the job again in February 2024, he told us that the job would take 2 weeks and would only affect each homeowner for approximately 3 days. Four weeks later, still working and still being affected. In March, we were told he would come back in April to repave and finish the job. In May, we were told that he would return in the Spring to finish the job. It's now summer 2024, and no communication and still not finished. Stay away from Valley Sewer and Drain.
