Sarah was so helpful and kind as she responded to my questions. Chris and Julian were on time and professional. They explained what they were going to do and then explained what they found. They did it quickly and the price was very fair. We will definitely use them again!

I first contacted this company on May 28th inquiring about a project. On June 2nd a first visit was made where it was discussed a second visit would be needed to draw up an estimate. The second visit did not occur until the week of June 17th. After a few days I had to reach out to ask about the situation. I was told I would have the proposal by the end of June. Its now mid-July and I never heard back from this company despite reaching out three more times and also explicitly telling them I have a generator on hold waiting to be installed until I can have this other work done first. I am very frustrated. It seems as though they do not want my business, but if that’s the case then please say so. I even said please tell me if you do not want to complete this project so I can look for estimates from other people. I do not appreciate being ignored.

Valley Sewer and Drain were excellent. They were immediately responsive and accommodating to our request for service and very professional in all our dealings. The employees were courteous and answered all our questions. I highly recommend Valley for any of your sewer and drains needs.

Service tech was so polite and patient explaining the problem that needed attention. Our plumber recommended your company, so glad we made the appt. As seniors we need to feel safe when we allow strangers in and as soon as we met your service tech we felt comfortable with Chris, and before long problem solved! Great doing business from scheduling appt. and being updated of the arrival time, unusual for today so we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.

These guys are great. We call them every time we have an issue big or small. They always make it out same day, fix the issue, and charge us a reasonable amount. I wish more companies were like them.

A crew of two guys, including the owner Ali came out for my clogged slop sink/and main drain pipe. They arrived the morning after I called, they were on time and did fantastic and clean job. Reasonable price. I can't thank them enough. Owner is a really nice conversational guy! And most importantly, I don't think I've ever seen my basement sink drain this fast!

Had a nightmare scenario - broken sewer line on December 26, 2023. First plumber I called never followed up and left me hanging. Valley Sewer & Drain was recommended so I called them. Team was there right away. Found broken sewer main. Was 2 week project to dig out old sewer line and put new one in. Was a 3-4 day project which took 2 weeks due to miserable weather. Constant rain, snow, freezing temps. Project manager Ian was outstanding. Kept me very informed on what to expect and how it was progressing. When all was said and done, the new pipes were put in, my lawn, walk-way & driveway fully repaired. These guys really know their stuff and work with a lot of integrity.

We discovered our sewer line was clogged on a Sunday morning. We found this business in the yellow pages. They more than lived up to their advertising of being available on weekends. Their scheduler was very responsive, explained the service situation, telling us the service tech would be at our home between 2 and 4. He arrived at 2pm!! He was able to quickly take care of our problem, and also took care to keep our carpet clean. Overall he was very professional and pleasant. Overall very happy.

They are quick, reasonable pricing, professional, nice, and squeezed me in last minute when my kitchen sink was clogged- highly recommend them. Already gave their info out to my neighbors and I will be calling them again if needed.
