Valley sewer and drain is the most dependable rooter in the morris county area. We used them a few times, they are always prompt to respond, do a great job and always follow up if there are any issues . I highly recommend them.

I called Valley Sewer for an emergency on Super Bowl Sunday. They showed up within one hour. Al was able to figure out the problem. The problem turned out to be from a contractor working in the street, Al called the city got the contractor's information. Needless to say Al took care of everything. He was a lifesaver. I highly recommend him and his team.

It was a Saturday with snow coming in the evening. We had a clog in our septic sewer line and our regular company couldn't get here for several days. I called Valley Sewer and Drain and the Gal picked up the phone on the second ring. I told her the issue and she quickly connected a specialist, Jaret, to our case. Jaret came by about an hour later, he was very knowledgable, professional and a very nice guy. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it completely within 20 minutes. Fantastic service, I couldn't have been happier. Most highly recommended!

I had an issue on a Sunday and it was flooding my basement. They were great. Were here in one hour and cleared the clog. The issue was in my septic tank which he diagnosed and recommended someone who called me immediately. Great service, knowledgeable, very friendly and clearly were concerned with not just clearing blockage but also understanding why it happed. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!!!

I was extremely pleased with the service. I had a blocked sewer line. They came in, found the issue was with some roots and used a jet hose to clean it out. Luckily the pipes were otherwise in good shape.

They showed me the issue and the cleaned out pipe with their camera. After they took the time to walked me through how to keep it clean and maintained.

Great Customer Service and communication from Sara while scheduling the job with the Tech . Al the “tech” was on time and performed a very thorough service . I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Our building had clogged drains. We contacted Valley Sewer and Drain. Sara answered the phone and was very nice and helpful. She told me they would make some scheduling adjustments and get someone to us as soon as possible. Julian showed up within 2 hours. He was fast working and we could tell he cared about his work. We discovered that we had some problems with just snaking the lines. The owner, Ali came down and together they discovered we had some sewage pipe issues. Ali is professional, extremely courteous and determined to get the job done. After snaking (multiple times), jetting, combined with getting a camera into the pipe, they fixed our problem and got our bathrooms and our business up and running. I highly recommend this business for any sewage needs. Our entire experience with Valley Sewer was excellent from start to finish.
