Ross Aquino provided excellent customer service from the moment we contacted him. He replies quickly and immediately scheduled an appointment to quote us on the installation of plumbing for our new washer & dryer. Within the same day of our appointment, Ross provided us a quote that was fair and reasonable for the work being performed. He proposed different options for installation of drainage for our washing machine and we agreed that installing a utility sink was the most cost effective and beneficial for us. Ross was able to schedule installation for the following Monday, arrived on time, and was able to complete the project by the end of the day.

Since the installation of the washer/dryer, I have done a dozen or so loads of laundry and everything works flawlessly. No doubt, I will be contacting Aquino Plumbing for any of our future plumbing projects.

They came within the time frame stated. Darren was efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. Cleaned up and functional when he left. A pleasant experience using this company. Two weeks later my toile continued to leak at its base…I called and Cindy was so helpful…Darren was dispatched quickly, the problem rectified and everything worked out. Darren put 2 wax seals this time and that seemed to do the trick! I’m so pleased with this company.

We called Aquino Plumbing & Heating based on the great reviews, and we were not diappointed. We are dealing with serious plumbing problems in my brother's townhouse following his death. There are some failing pipes with active leaking. Darren tested the plumbing and made sure the water to the leaking pipes was shut off. He also made a quick fix to get the only remaining toilet to perform better. He did a thorough inspection of all exposed plumbing, and he conferred with the crew who were remediating the mold caused by the leaks about the problems they had discovered. He then advised us to wait to replace the bad pipes until we renovate the home, which we will do in a few months. He said any work done now would be only a partial fix and would involve replacing only portions of plumbing that may need to be completely replaced once everything is opened up. We were concerned that urgent repairs might be needed to prevent more damage and more mold. Darren reassured us rather than encouraging us to do work that may need to be done over. We really appreciate this. Thanks so much!

These guys were awesome. Our boiler died and we had no heat or hot water (temps hit the 20s) which is never fun. They came out quoted a fair price and installed the new boiler next day without issue. Thanks guys. I believe Darren and his apprentice(sorry don't remember name) were super polite and cleaned up everything after. Highly recommend.

Darren was on time and very polite and professional. I had a Tub that leaked to the basement and a shower drain drip and few other issues resolved. Them work area was left clean when done and he took all the garbage with him.
Cindy who took my call kept me informed the whole time as well as giving me an estimate.
