Finally someone in Bergen County who gets it! Quick response time, quick diagnosis and no bs. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. Most importantly, Ismael(the owner) was honest. Most of these guys will add on little things to boost up the invoices. Ismael immediately recognized the problem and fixed it; rather than try to build a higher invoice by wasting time with ridiculous possible issues. Definitely recommend his services!

I was forced to use this vendor due to my home warranty. They came out to check a malfunctioning air conditioner unit in my rental property. The technician from Tin H&C said nothing is wrong with the AC, it’s electrical. The home warranty then sent another technician to check the electrical, and he provided evidence that electricity is flowing but the AC is broken. My home warranty told me to call back Tin Heating and Cooling to send someone back to the home for a second look.

I just called them back and they told me to find another vendor and then hung up on me. Incredibly rude and unprofessional, as well as a huge waste of time and money to deal with this sub par organization. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and reporting them also to my home warranty company. What a disgraceful way to treat a client after your technicians were proven to be inept.

We have been using Tin Heating and cooling for a large condo building for the last 8 years. He is knowledgeable and punctual. He replaced heating unit at my house about 5 years ago without any issues. I highly recommend him.
