Reviews of local pros in Fairview, New Jersey

Julian replaced a bathroom faucet in North Bergen for one of my tenants. I showed him a video of the leakage. He gave me a quote for the labor and parts. He replaced the leaky faucet and valve.

Overall, he's reasonable price, on-time (which is always frustrating with other plumbers), and professional. I had a little hard time communicating with him. Overall, communication is not an issue. I will definitely hire Julian for my other properties.

Julian is the best! He is always willing to come help in the most dire situations. He is very friendly, hard working and is the best in an emergency situation! I highly recommend!

A great guy, very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing, what caused our basement sewage clog, and true, he brought out the clogger and showed us. Thanks a lot, Julian, appreciate your professionalism and friendliness.
And at great affordable price, too.

Julian did a great job fixing the clog in our kitchen sink. He had a professional grade snake that was able to get rid of the grease clog. Also we had a ventilation issue in the pipe that also contributed to the water not able to escape. Julian was very friendly and willing to explain what the problem was. Thank you Julian!

He came to my home on the same day I called him on Sunday! That's a big help. He told me that I didn't need to worry about the potential leak. That's not a leak. Julian is a super patient guy. I asked him a lot of questions: water leak, AC, water heater and redo caulking. He gave me valuable suggestions without pushing me to use his service. He is so nice with reasonable price. Great value! Highly recommended. I will call him for sure if I need to do any future fixing and cleaning service.

Julian picked up the phone immediately... I texted him photos of my flooding problems in the basement... he gave me fair pricing options and was fixing the problem within an hour. And it was a Sunday night!!!! Grateful that we now have someone dependable we know we can call from now on if we have plumbing needs in the future. Hiiiiiighly recommend.

Excellent work quality at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Julian Plumbing services without any reservation!!!

Julian is a great plumber! I'm so glad I found him and I am going to recommend him to all my friends and family members. Julian is not only excellent at what he does, but he's also very professional and takes time to explain the problems. It is not easy to find a great plumber who is reasonable with service fees.. and Julian was very reasonable with pricing. I was also very appreciative of Julian working around our schedule to make things work for us. Julian is now my go to plumber and I highly recommend him!

We had an emergency with no hot water from the shower. We called him and he was able to fix it right away. Other company’s wanted to come a different day and he was able to come within the hour. I highly recommend.

Flavio is truly incredible. He did beautiful work in my wife’s home office and also installed a water softener. He works with great attention to detail and was very mindful of COVID precautions. I know I can rely on his professionalism and his work!

Water Flow Plumbing & Heating is the only company I will ever use from now on. Flavio is the most responsive owner. He does the job himself in the most professional manner. He answered our call on a Sunday morning and stopped by in half an hour to take care of a leak for us. He is the most honest person I've ever met. Other plumbing companies charge more for weekend and emergency service, not Water Flow Plumbing. Flavio thank you for your amazing customer service and your expertise.

Flavio’s work speaks for itself. He is professional and his work never fails to impress! He always offers thoughtful opinions and incorporates a kindness into everything he does. As a nurse who works night shift, he is always flexible with his hours which is so important to me! We are so impressed with Water Flow Plumbing and Heating. Thank you Flavio for all that you do!

I highly recommend Flavio, he is the best plumber I ever used. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. Recently, my gas line was required to do pressure test by the utility company. However, they refuse to provide clear instruction how to do it, I have more than 2 Plumbers come to check, they have no idea what they supposed to do, until I have Flavio, he explained to me what should we do. Very helpful! He is really knowledgeable and patient! If you need a plumber, he is the right one for you in NJ. Worry free!

Flavio and his team are the best! Personable and professional, I highly recommend them. They did all the plumbing on my recent bathroom model, changing numerous fixtures and piping, always on time and communicative. They are now my go to for any plumbing and heating needs.

Flavio and his crew were very professional and informative to my boyfriend and myself. He found exactly what needed to be repaired, as well as located other areas that needed to be corrected or updated. He asked us before he worked on each additional item outside of the estimate/original request to make sure we were ok with it. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up once they left at the end of the day. They’re a very kind crew, I recommend them to everyone!

Water Flow came to my senior complex to install. 6 hot water heaters it is an upscale community with demanding residents who value promptness professionalism and quality workmanship. After 8 months they are still applauding his neatness andhis work ethic. I would most certainly recommend his services to anyone looking for fair pricing and quality performance.

As a Contractor always need a good plumbing subcontractor. Flavio from Water Flow is definitely one of the best plumbers I have work with. Professional, neat, clean and most important an honest person. Currently we have 4 more jobs to do together and many more coming. Very excited to work with Flavio. Highly recommended!

We just used this company for the construction of our new home and we couldn't be happier with their service. They were amazing, the crew is attentive, careful and organized. They are responsive and respectful, show up when they say they are going to show up, easy to work with and accommodating to other trades as well. From rough-in to full completion of the job, they were amazing. The owner Flavio carefully supervised his crew and is present at every inspection. Working with them was a breeze and they went above and beyond.

Words can't describe how AMAZING Water Flow was! They answered the phone right away and came out to give us an estimate the same day!! Their prices were extremely fair and they even did work on my friends house and when I saw the quality I knew they were the company for me!! Flavio came out and he was very respectful, clean and knowledgeable and when I wasn't sure what I wanted he kindly presented me with options. 10/10!! 👌👍

Flavio was truly amazing!
He quickly identify the problem and fixed it!
Very reasonable with price and most of all he called us a couple of days later to ask how was everything running. If you need a plumber he is definitely the one look no further. I always go by reviews and he is definitely worth it! He is definitely our plumber I would not use anyone else.
Thank you Flavio!

My kitchen sink was leaking and Flavio came to save the day! I appreciated that he wore a face mask (which nowadays is a must), brought his own shoe covers to wear, and laid down a mat to protect the floor where he was working. He was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly and was able to fix the leaking issue quickly.

He was very neat and gathered all items to be disposed of and left my kitchen as clean as it was before he came.

Would definitely recommend Flavio to anyone in need of plumbing services!
