Reviews of local pros in Fairview, New Jersey

We use Water Flow Plumbing and Heating for our residential plumbing needs and have always had a good experience. Flavio Zambelli is professional, courteous and reliable with their scheduling and his work is well done. Finally, they are fair and honest with their estimates and pricing.

It is very rare to find a contractor who communicates with you and let's you know when they are coming to your house and actually show up. Flavio goes above and beyond. He will do everything in his power to fit you in even when he is inundated. His work is top notch, he is a perfectionist, he cares about his customers and loves what he does. I have to refer contractors in my business and I have referred Flavio many times. I highly recommend Water Flow Plumbing and Heating if you want the best plumber out there!

Flavio is the best plumber I have ever used. We woke up one Sunday morning to a flooded basement thanks to a broken water heater. When I called him he was on another job over 60 miles away but he talked me through how to drain the water heater to stop the flooding. He was at my house within a few hours and replaced the water heater the same day. Did I mention this was on a Sunday? I recommend him to everyone I know and everyone says the same thing, he is the best.

Flavio has worked at our house multiple times from changing out a broken kitchen faucet, adding baseboard heat in our family room, to plumbing out a totally new bathroom. He is very professional, knowledgable, experienced, and so nice! We give Flavio 10 stars!

I called Water Flow Plumbing in a late afternoon to change the broken pressure gauge of my boiler. Flavio answered the call and came to my home right away to have the heating system checked. He was obviously very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problems and old parts to be replaced, got the materials, and fixed them with high quality.

It’s a great experience to have Flavio repairing my heating system. I’d recommend him to everyone I know.

Flavio is a true professional and friendly guy. We had him do extensive repairs and replacements in 2 bathrooms, the kitchen as well as outdoor faucets and shut off valves. He explained the necessary repairs before doing them, allowing us to sign off before the work was done. He showed up on time, was very clean in his workspace and did outstanding work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Flavio was excellent. He has great knowledge from knowing our complicated boiler to softening water and solved our hot water issues. Where others could not identify the problem but just suggested expensive alternatives. Flavio knew what the issue was and had easy low cost fixes. Very experienced and great pricing. After many other plumbers he is now our go to Plumber and will be serving our boiler annually as well as some other project. We highly recommend him.

Hands down the best plumber. Professional, reliable, and the quality of work is unmatched.

Water Flow Plumbing and Heating install all new plumbing fixtures at my house. When I called for a estimate I got the owner to come out quickly and give me advice in which brands to use and what not to use. His expertise was amazing often pointing me away from the expensive fixtures and guiding me to the reliable elegant fixtures. His price was fair but his work was excellent. I later had them come back to run new plumbing to a new bathroom In my basement and their work was neat and very artistic like. And after I Sheetrock and times he made my job a priority to fit the install of my fixtures in coming after traditional work hours to accommodate my work schedule. I highly recommend Water Flow Plumbing and Heating

I called Flavio because my home insurance company wanted me to install a leak detection and auto shut off device to my main water line. Flavio came and installed it on the same day. He has so much knowledge and is capable of doing all kinds of plumbing work. I have so much respect for him because he does not overcharge and does a beautiful clean job! I always call him whenever I have any plumbing issues. He is the only plumber is NJ I trust. He takes all the calls himself and immediately responds to the customers' needs. Thank you Flavio!

We needed help today with a botched plumbing job and Water Flow helped us out. Guillermo was skilled, pleasant, and professional. He fixed the problems and left everything in great condition. Highly recommend this local business!

Water flow plumbing has been the most outstanding plumbing service I have ever received. Flavio was kind, friendly, efficient, helpful, extremely professional and even great with my dog. He made sure to explain everything to me and his service was cost effective, fast, courteous and definitely solved a major plumbing issue! I definitely will call him again in the future. This is literally the best plumbing experience I have had! I would highly recommend Water flow to friends, family, and anyone else in need!

Flavio was very pleasant and very professional. He worked on my basement ceiling leak and was done within 15 minutes. I called him again 2 days later because I thought I could fix my own bathroom sink lol. I highly recommend Flavio and having him on speed dial moving forward.

Flavio and his team saved the day for me! I woke up to water in the basement and a leaking water heater on the coldest day of the year. I contacted Flavio and within an hour I had a quote and they were able to come out and finish the job same day. They left the area clean and were so quick and efficient. I’ll be keeping their information for anything needed in the future.

A great experience from start to finish. Needed work done in an emergency and Water Flow found the time to respond and did an incredible job with the work. They take great pride in their work and treat your home like it's their own. Any future plumbing needs will be with them.

3 words to describe how Flávio handles business - honest, fair, professional. Flávio came to my house to assess the situation and he was very honest/transparent with everything and he got the job done in a very professional way. Going forward, he's definitely going to be my "go-to" person.

I don’t even know where to start with this review, because there are no words to describe how amazing their server was I remodeled my house Flavio, the owner and the team provided hands-on service with radiant heat, water heating and all the plumbing throughout my whole house. Everyone that’s seen the house. Since has described their work as a masterpiece of art if you’re reading this review, I would definitely not consider anyone else. I assure you, these guys are the best if I could give 10 stars I would’ve.

Water Flow Plumbing came to my house to help get a gas line from my basement to my attic. This was not an easy job as the pipe would need to make its way through two floors. Also, we were still living on the main floor and the pipe would need to go through one of our bedrooms.

Flavio and his crew came in and were extremely professional about the entire process. They made sure to keep me abreast of the work and were always great at answering questions and making sure that I understood what was happening and why.

Most importantly, the work that was being done needed to take place near a very expensive and important collection that I have. Flavio, of all the plumbers that have ever come to my house, recognized the value and importance immediately and made sure to be EXTREMELY cautious. This put my mind at ease.

I think that is one of the best aspects of Water Flow Plumbing. Flavio puts you at ease. He and his crew are very careful and are willing to do whatever the owner needs done in order to make sure that the job is done right and in a way that makes the owner feel good about the work.

In addition, while Flavio and his crew were working on my gas pipe, I happened to find a leak coming from my sink that could potentially have damaging effects. when I approached Flavio about it, he said, "No Problem" and had fixed for me that same day.

I cannot say enough about Water Flow and Flavio. The project is now completed but Flavio has called me three times since to check in and make sure that I am satisfied. you will not get that kind of personal care anywhere, i assure you.

If you are looking for someone who cares and does the job right...you need to look no further than Water Flow plumbing and Heating!!!! I recommend them in the highest regard!

Fast and excellent service, strongly recommend..
We needed our well switched to public water and unfortunately we used wrong plumber at first which was not a lot cheaper than this company but lots of headache. However, Flavio came and fixed all the problems and disconnected the well and finally we have public water in our home.
Thanks.

We had the pleasure to have Flavio and team as our plumbing contractor for our new build home. He treats every build out like his own and provides recommendations to make things easier for those who will be living in that specific home. He has personally come to the site to check that his team’s work meets his standards. We look forward to working with Flavio into the future. Highly recommended!
