Big shoutout to Flavio & his team! Very professional from the start of the phone call, to the end of the job. I couldn’t recommend a better local plumber. The Water Flow team ought to be proud ❤️

If you want an excellent service, here is your guy Flavio! All you need plumbing and heating he can do it well! As an Instagram follower I called Flavio to replace our water heater, regardless how busy he is, he came himself to do the job. You won’t be disappointed if you use his service! It is water flow quality!

After my first experience with Flavio, the owner of waterflow, I understand why these reviews were all so glowing. We had some minor plumbing issues that needed professional attention, so I reached out to my trusted electrician to ask for recommendations. He recommended waterflow, and I'm so glad he did. Flavio was honest and up front, and even recommended we skip some work that he didn't believe was necessary even though it would have made him more money. The next time we have a plumbing issue or project, I know who I'm calling.

Flavio is not just your best plumber around he's a TRUE partner.
I just had my major renovation done which was involved with multiple permits and adding a new shower fixture, Flavio was super helpful!
His work quality had me and the town inspector amazed!
Very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and quick. I added some photos so everyone can see for themselves, he's the real deal and I'm pleased to call him my good friend now!

Even though Flávio Zambelli from Water Flow Plumbing & Heating is in high demand and busy working on top new construction projects, he still made the time to help me with a small replacement job—and I truly appreciate that. It speaks volumes about his professionalism, reliability, and dedication to his clients. Flávio is honest, his pricing is fair, and the quality of his work is outstanding. It’s rare to find someone so skilled who treats every job, big or small, with the same care and attention. Highly recommend Water Flow Plumbing & Heating!

Flavio Zambelli and his coworker addressed a hot water issue at our Paramus townhome, replacing a mixing valve in our Navien tankless hot water heater. From the outset, we particularly benefited from Flavio’s deep knowledge about such tankless units. As Flavio coordinated the repair, he and his teammate were professional and they demonstrated an extra effort to get the job done right. Highly recommended.

Extremely great experience and fast and exceptional service. We had to replace our water heater and was able to schedule service the same week we called. Flavio is super helpful and patient and available with all questions we had, not to mention super quick with his replies as well. The price we paid for the replacement was extremely fair for the service and will definitely be using their services again.

Flavio understood the tight timeline we had, . his team was there within days of first seeing the job. His team did excellent work. They were respectful, friendly, and courteous.. I would highly recommend Water Flow.

Flavio and the rest of the Water Flow team have been consistently outstanding from rough-in to finish. The entire team takes real pride in the quality of their work. They are on top of scheduling, never delay projects, breeze through every inspection, and follow up to ensure everything operates flawlessly. I can’t say enough positive things. Reliable partners and 5 star service and quality.

I cannot recommend this plumber highly enough; he is consistently responsive and incredibly helpful whenever I have an issue. He always goes the extra mile to accommodate my schedule and ensure the job is done right the first time. It is rare to find such dedicated and professional service these days. If you need someone reliable and hardworking, he is definitely the person to call!

Flavio is hands-down the most detail-oriented and meticulous professional I’ve worked with. Even on a snow day, he and his crew showed up to tackle the final punch list for our new construction build. What really stood out was his patience—no matter how small or 'foolish' my plumbing questions seemed, Flavio answered them professionally and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommended for anyone who values quality and reliability

I moved into a new apt and needed help with my shower. I reached out and Flavio sent someone over ASAP. Felipe showed up and immediately placed booties over his shoes before even entering - the first sign of professionalism! I was very pleased! He saw the issue, told me what he was going to do & did it. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable! 5 stars all around! Will definitely be recommending!! Thank you again!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute Top-Tier Craftsmanship!

I cannot say enough good things about Water Flow Plumbing and Heating LLC. From start to finish, their work was nothing short of immaculate. The level of precision, organization, and attention to detail they bring to every part of the job is truly impressive.

The plumbing installation they completed looks like a work of art – clean lines, perfectly laid copper piping, professional-grade equipment, and a mechanical room that looks better than most people’s living rooms. Everything is clearly labeled, expertly installed, and built to last. You can tell immediately that they take enormous pride in their work.

Beyond the flawless workmanship, the team was professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and respectful. They explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and delivered exactly what was promised – with results that exceeded expectations.

If you are looking for a plumbing and heating company that does things the RIGHT way, with integrity and exceptional skill, Water Flow Plumbing and Heating LLC is the one to call. True professionals in every sense of the word.

Highly, highly recommend!

We recently had a water softener installed and had a very positive experience. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and clearly knew what they were doing. They were careful with the installation, double-checked their work, and left the area clean when they finished. The whole process was straightforward and professional, and the system has been working great so far. I would recommend if you live in Bergen county to get a water softener, because the water is quite hard. This will significantly increase your quality of life! Than you so much to @Flavio and his amazing team.

I had a Moen Smart Water Monitor installed (a water-leakage detection sensor). It gave me peace of mind knowing that my house won’t flood if there is a leak anywhere in the house. They were very kind to explain the installation very well. Great service!
Thank you!

Flavio is hands down the best plumber we’ve ever worked with. His experience in new home construction and in addressing post-construction issues as they arise is exceptional. He’s incredibly responsive, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely proud of his work, and it shows in every detail, especially in the control room. He has an impressive understanding of every single fixture he installed throughout our home, which gave us complete confidence in the final result.

We feel incredibly lucky to have worked with him on our new home build and highly recommend his services. On top of everything, he’s also just a wonderful person to work with.

Thanks for a job well done by your staff.
