I found Ismail after working with 2 other plumbers who did shoddy work in my house and what a blessing he has turned out to be! I called Ismail and he showed up the same day, did a walk-through and immediately assessed the situation and recommended ways we can fix the issues - AND HE DID! He was great to work with from day 1. So great we decided to add Central Air & Heat and he & his team (including Martin) expertly installed it. We are thrilled beyond words with our new HVAC System as we’re both so used to window units! I must say, one of the best things about working with Ismail is his communication as he is always available to discuss the plan and that is so refreshing. It really has been an absolute pleasure working with Tin Heating & Plumbing and I can’t say enough positive things about their plumbing skills and the way the handle their business. 5 stars is not enough, it should be 20 stars!

Tin Heating & Cooling installed a new gas boiler for our home heating. They are very professional and are great technicians who replaced the old boiler with the new one. I highly recommend this company.

I bought my house 20 years ago and for years I could never find a reliable and fair plumbing service. That all changed when someone referred me to Ishmael and Tin Hearing and cooling. I’ve had several emergencies over the years and they are incredibly responsive, come right away, do great work, and don’t break the bank. I’ve also had them do all the plumbing work for my home renovation, and I am so impressed by their professionalism. I highly recommend them for jobs both big and small.

I had an issue with the air conditioning in my Turkish gyro store, and this team came through big time. They are honest, hardworking, and truly know what they’re doing. No tricks, no games — just reliable service and real professionalism. Highly recommended if you want the job done right!

Ismail quickly responded to my issue in less than an hr! Highly recommend!!

I have been working with Tin Heating and Cooling for several years now and his prices are always reasonable for top notch quality. My most recent rental apartment needed new plumbing and they got it done quickly and professionally while explaining the scope of work. I’ve never had to call him twice for the same work! Excellent at what they do! Highly recommended!!

Ismail and his team have been servicing our AC units for years, and they recently installed a new unit at our newest location — I couldn’t be happier! They worked quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. My showroom has a black ceiling, and the piping was originally white, but Ismail went out of his way to paint the pipes black so they would match perfectly. Wow — talk about going above and beyond to make a client happy! Highly recommended!

Mr. Tin came to my house quickly to diagnose the problem right before Christmas since my furnace broke down. He and his team were able to replace the furnace in a timely manner. Thanks to him and his team (Martin & Saul) my family was able to have heat for Christmas, all at a reasonable price. Will definitely call him again!

Outstanding experience with Tin Heating and Cooling. The technician Ismail was excellent from start to finish. I explained the issue over the phone and he was at my house in less than 15 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had everything fixed in under 30 minutes.

What really stood out was his honesty and professionalism. No upselling, no scare tactics, and no overcharging just straightforward knowledgeable service. He explained what was going on, fixed the issue efficiently, and made sure everything was running properly before leaving.

If you’re looking for fast reliable and fair heating and cooling service I highly recommend Tin Heating and Cooling. I will definitely be calling them again.

I had an excellent experience with Ismail. He was incredibly straightforward, honest and professional from start to finish. He was able to come out within just two hours, which was a lifesaver. Ismail offered a very fair price and delivered great service. I cannot recommend him enough. Absolutely outstanding!

We had an issue with our water heater. The relief valve was leaking and it was determined the water heater needed to be replaced. I spoke to Ishmael at about 9:00 p.m. and he told me that he could have somebody here by 12:00 noon the following day. Being in the construction field myself I know how a customer and a job should be handled. I cannot stress enough the fact that the two men Ismael send were very respectful, quite and clean. They laid out tarps over the floors, empty the tank replaced it and left leaving the place looking like they were never here. Highly recommended!!!

Muy agradecida por el servicio del señor Julian. Fue puntual. Supo con certeza lo que pasaba y lo resolvió rápido. Amable y respetuoso. Muy complacida y lo volvería a contactar.

We live in West New York NJ. This is the third time my husband Luis and I contact Mr. Julian. He has fixed underneath our kitchen sink, heater, and recently fixed a leak and added a P trap in our bathroom sink. He is reliable and very skilled at what he does. He does not cut corners and goes above and beyond. We recommend him and will continue to use his services.

Great guy. Responding quickly and complete the job fast.

Came on a Saturday! Honest and a genuine professional. Thank God, I now have a plumber in the area!

Excellent service! Very professional and fast service! I'd hire Julian again in a heartbeat!

Great plumber. Very reasonable and very professional. Nice gentleman! Very highly recommended Julian!

Julian was able to show up same day to fix my boiler. He was also able to unclog a toilet which had a large bone stuck in it that was preventing it from flushing properly.

Julian is our Christmas angel! Our pipes froze Christmas Eve. And on Christmas morning the pipes exploded! What a disaster! On a holiday where everyone you might call is off and enjoying the day- Julian actually answered and showed up with a smile to help! He found the holes-fixed our pipes and had the water running in less then two hours and off to the next house. He truely is Santa Claus. Highly recommended!
