This company replaced our heating system efficiently and a timely manner. Workers were professional and answered all questions we had right away. I would highly recommend this company for all of your heating issues.

Amazing all around. Eddie and Nick, the technicians who serviced my leak in my bathroom were straight to the point and extremely polite. Very efficient too! They had the part in the truck and fixed it right there. Couldn’t recommend the office anymore as well- they were able to get me an appointment within a day! 5 stars!

I couldn't be happier with the response and service that I received when my old steam boiler completely failed last week. From the initial call, in less than 2 hours, I received a service call and diagnosis of the problem, which I knew after 35 years of service from the old unit, would be a replacement. I received a qoute for a new replacement bolier the following morning. Signed the contract the morning of the next business day, and the new boiler was delivered to the house by noon, with work beginning that afternoon. From start to finish the whole process took less than a week. The installation was performed in a neat and professional manner. The house was protected with drop cloths and was left clean as if they were never there. The new boiler looks, and so far, works fantastic. Many thanks to Joe and Kyle, and the entire Wickersheim crew. You did a fantastic job.

A neighbor recommended Wickersheim to me. Two prior plumbers and PSEG had been unable to diagnose why my new boiler was constantly losing water and why my radiators were leaking every day. Wickersheim fit me in on the day that I called and were very pleasant on the phone. Alex and Peter not only figured out what was wrong, they noticed that PSEG had made an error when installing the low water detector. They fixed the problems and tested their work. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Wickersheim.

I cannot recommend Wickersheim & Sons enough. The boiler in my family's home died in the middle of the recent cold-snap, leaving five of us (and three pets) without heat. The folks at Wickersheim & Sons were able to quickly fit us in, and spent nearly twelve hours straight removing and replacing the unit. They were prompt, friendly, and effective. They easily could have leveraged our need for warmth to extract a higher cost from us, but their pricing was fair, and they left the space cleaner than they found it (which is remarkable, if you know how much work it is to replace a 35 year old boiler). Will use them again in the future without a moment's hesitation.

CHRISTMAS DAY WHEN EVERYONE SHOULD BE ENJOYING THEMSELVES WITH FAMILIES BUT NOT FOR SAM. I WOKE UP TO A FOZEN PIPE BURST, WATER EVERY WHERE. I DIDN'T KNOW WHO TO CALL ON CHRISTMAS DAY.
