Sammy has done plumbing work at my house several times. He appears to be an honest person and a skilled plumber, who offers good prices. I feel I can rely on him to do an excellent plumbing job every time.

I spoke to Sammy and he scheduled a quick visit, the day of, to do an estimate for my HVAC condensation lines. He was back out the following morning, on time, got the job finished quickly and professionally. I really appreciate Sammy's customer service and his promptness. He's sure to have my business for the next service needs!

I highly recommend for all your plumbing and heating needs. Extremely efficient and very thorough. Prices were great. Sammy was a pleasure to interact with and was very upfront and clear with what needed to be done. Job was done in one day and looks fantastic.

Excellent service! We had a frustrating issue with our basement slop sink backing up with food. I called Sam and was incredibly impressed by his speed as he was at our house within a few hours. He quickly fixed the problem and importantly, offered practical suggestions to help prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend Sam for his prompt and effective assistance.

**Boiler Emergency**

Recently, in this wave of really cold below 0 climate, Boiler stopped working due to a gas valve, according to PSEG. Repair was estimated to take few days to get part and repair.

I immediately called Sammy, who answered and responded right away. During repair, he found the part and troubleshot problem. It turned out it wasn’t the gas valve but another part of boiler. NOT THE PIECE PSEG ASSURED ME WAS THE PROBLEM! He the found the right parts , however difficult, and got my boiler up and running. Sammy is the last honest man in plumbing. After having a bigger company come over to fix a running toilet, it broke again in a couple of weeks. They couldn't come out that do so Sammy was the man to the rescue. He found the problem was incompatible parts for the toilet. Sammy is fairly priced and I had him fix a second plumbing issue while he was here. So glad we found him!

I was very lucky to find Sam. I am 100% satisfied with his work and I would recommend him to anyone who has plumbing problems. He is a very good communicator. He told me how much he would charge me for the work before he started. He explained what caused the problems and what he was doing while he was working on the problems step by step. He gave me professional advice on how to prevent the same problem from happening again and advice on plumbing problems that were not related to the problems I hired him for. His price was the best. He is an honest person and a smart and skillful plumber. I will for sure hire him again. Fun fact: He could use his left hand proficiently as his right hand.

STAY CLEAR OF ALL CLEAR !!!!!!!
Called them out to fix a leaky faucet in my Jacuzzi and they only installed the (customer supplied) cartridge on the obviously dripping side..and never opened the supply line under the tub....to see that the other cartridge needed to be replaced as well. I spoke to the manager and made it clear that they needed to complete the half-baked job..... at no additional expense to me. So today another plumber from this outfit comes out and tries to convince me that they were only called for the hot water side before, and that the cold water side would be an additional $100.00 !!!!! Do electricians change separate for the Positive (+) and Negative (-) side of the outlet??? They were obviously trying to make two jobs out of one.
I'll fix this one myself or call a plumber that takes pride in a job well done and customer satisfaction.

The bathroom drain had become extremely slow over the past week. I decided to bring in a plumbing professional. The clog was cleared and the pipe cleaned.

Bathroom faucet handle became very loose. Their team tightened the assembly and replaced a worn screw. Faucet feels solid again.

Kitchen sink backed up frequently despite cleaning attempts. Their crew used professional tools to clear deep clogs. They also advised on maintenance tips. It’s been working fine ever since.

Their plumbing team helped with water softener installation and the crew adjusted the system carefully so our appliances no longer suffer from hard water buildup.
