** HIGHLY RECOMMEND ** - I was referred to Wickersheim for an electrical problem with my boiler that was difficult to diagnose. Rob showed up on time, was extremely professional and found and fixed the problem quickly. On top of that, the cost was more than fair and reasonable! Great company...

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years, but Wickersheim recently charged me for an incomplete job and problems that they created. Our water heater needed to be replaced. In replacing it, Wickersheim removed a water softener unit that THEY had previously placed too close to the water heater. They replaced the water heater but left the water softener offline because it needed a couple of gaskets that they did not have. I offered to get the gaskets if they would reinstall the softener. They have not responded to my requests to do so. They have cost me at least a couple of hundred dollars for their mistake, and the owner doesn't even return my phone calls. Very disappointing after all of these years.

Just want to say thank-you. After spending so much money on other plumbers, who could not do the job, and kept coming back saying we would have to remove the tiles and pull the sink from the wall, just to unclog a bathroom sink. This would cost a fortune. Well Wickersheim & Sons earn ten stars, not only fixing my bathroom sink, which no others could, they also fixed the my bathroom tub, which started backing up. I would highly recommend Wickersheim&Sons to everyone. A very satisfied customer.

Before you decide on the services of this company, I want to give a few tips:
ask how much an hour of work costs, what does this time include, request a complete report on the purchase and cost of additional equipment
Do not pay the service fee if you do not agree with the price indicated for payment. Then you will not have the problems that we received.
There was a complete silence of the cost before the work and a disproportionate amount of the field for it. No receipts for purchases were provided, the cost of the work was refused to be recalculated.

Friendly, experienced, third generation family run local plumbing contractor. They do excellent work, and provide significant value to your home. Their business administration could use some streamlining and updated for a better client experience, but that is the only area of improvement needed. Highly recommend to all in the area.

Dependable and reliable. Called in with a gas supply line valve leak - had repair on site right away. Reasonably priced and the whole team from the office staff to the field tradesmen are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. In an emergency, these are the guys you want!!

Wickersheim installed the gas line for my fireplace and I am extremely happy with them. Their pricing was fair, they are attentive, clean, and professional. Kyle did the work and I've never seen a happier contractor! It was a pleasure working with them.

Very Simple. When something in the house breaks, the first thing I think of is complicated and expensive. A friend of mine has used Wickersheim before and said they were easy to work with and fast so I had to try it out. Honestly I’m not someone easily impressed but I was very happy with how fast they scheduled me and fixed my problem. Thank you again!!!

Another great experience. Had our A/C system replaced. The team was professional, pleasant and respectful of our house. We have used them many times over the last 20 years. Love the 24/7 emergency service when needed. Would highly recommend them for heating and A/C work.

We had a leak in a pipe from the furnace in our basement bathroom ceiling Wickersheim plumbing sent 2 young men who worked to replace the pipe and had to go into our crawl space. They worked tirelessly to get the pipes replaced and get our heat back on. They were here for several hours. I highly recommend this company.

Horrible experience and the owner- SCOTT is very rude. This company installed two in wall units and after installation each year the machine would need refrigerant due to a leak in unit. Wickersheim would not backup their product and stated they could not do much only fill refrigerant since they could not find the leak. After a yearly issue, I attempted to speak with SCOTT -the owner- over the phone- HE WAS SUPER RUDE. Before I can voice my concern, HE said we cannot do anything you need a new unit and we are not fixing it thats the end of it and hung up the phone. That was definitely not the way to result an issue but since the unit is paid already they do not care about the customer. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. SCOTT does not care about the customer. Do not waste your money with this company

I had a fantastic experience with Wickersheim and Sons! From the initial phone call with Dolores to the quick, reliable service from Kyle and Izzy, everything was seamless. When we had no heat, they came out super quickly and saved the day. The service was top-notch, and the technicians, Kyle and Izzy, were incredibly kind and professional. Is there is a reason your truck has to block a road by the county Jail at Rush hour in Hackensack while the two dummies in the truck wash and clean themselves in the street blocking traffic then speeding up River Street like Mad Max dangerously swerving in and out of traffic? If there is , please let the people know.
