I HIGHLY recommend Mains and Drains!!! Sam went above and beyond, he took me in little time (thank you) my bathroom had a problem out of no wonder, and calling companies who couldn't assist me but Sam came within an hour!

Sam was prompt and professional. Fixed the toilet 🚽 and the tub 🛀 problems in less than an hour. Cleaned up his own mess and walked me through everything he did in a way that I could understand. (I’m no plumber!)

Came 15 minutes after I called. It was a much more complicated problem than originally thought but he was very persistent and got the job done. Very reasonable fee for the work that was done. Was a very messy job but cleaned up well when he was done. Would highly recommend.

I normally don’t post any reviews but I must say, out of all the plumbers I’ve dealt with in the past, this company is amazing. They are easy to deal with, very fair with pricing and are very attentive to their clients. After calling two other plumbing companies that never showed up, I contacted Main & Drains and within 30 minutes after my call, I had one of their plumbers at my door. They sent over Sam who was very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job in explaining and resolving our plumbing issue. The price they charged was also less than the two other quotes I had received. It’s hard to find reputable plumbing company so I’m glad we were able to find this company. I highly recommend them based on my experience.

Man when I tell you I needed a miracle on the spot, and the Plumbing Gods answered, that’s my guy Sammy for you! A real down to earth and authentic guy. He replaced my steam heat pipe on the same day I called. I was facing a very cold winter morning with no heat because of the leak in the steam pipe. Sammy solved the issue asap. The heat in my home is now hotter than ever. Very reasonable price. He didn’t over charge like several others I called in the surrounding area. Their estimates were high and all said No to me because it was a weekend. Sammy understood the situation and handled it. Very clean worker may I add, that’s always extra points in my experience of plumbers.
