Reviews of local pros in Hackensack, New Jersey

Lowe’s did an amazing job cleaning out our dryer vent. Went in through the inside and the outside of the house to make sure the vent was completely cleared. Super impressed and the tech that came out could not have been more courteous. 5 Stars!!!

about two hours, very clean air duct and nice smell after Julio helped me with everything above and beyond. Would recommend it.

Very professional, courteous and kind. Did a great job. Left no mess behind.

Luis did a great job. He was on time and very professional and courteous. We would definitely recommend Lowe’s duct cleaning and we use them in the future.

We got our vents cleaned by Ivan and he did a fine job as far as I can tell. He arrived within the time window we were given. The only qualm I had is he gave my husband attitude when my husband informed him we had a second floor in our cape cod style home, telling him rudely that the top floor needs to be done first. His attitude about it was rather unprofessional, especially considering this is our first two story home and we weren’t aware top vents need to be done first. We didn’t pay to be treated like idiots. Then after the service,
Ivan kept pressing my husband to leave him a good review because his commission depends on it and his wife likes to spend money. Again, rather unprofessional. But again, the job he did was satisfactory, ultimately what we paid for, hence the 3-star rating.

Great service. Techs arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional

Excellent service. Worth the price. Here are some before and after pics of my job.

Prompt service (scheduled within a week) reasonable rates. Oswaldo was informative, kind and respectful of our home. The before and after speak volumes.

Javier Sanchez. Was early and did a great job. Friendly and professional. Seems like a very trust worthy person. Am glad I met him.

Other companies quoted me 2 times the price and Javier was great so friendly and worked the whole time he was here not stopping til he was finished. He was very thorough and process was clean. I picked them based on family owned and the reviews that I read online.

Great value. Seeing the before and after pictures were eye opening! Jose our tech did an awesome job. Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Treated our home with care as he went about performing his duties. Well worth the cost.

Excellent Railroad Climate Services team delivered fast, reliable, and highly professional solutions.

Just had this new furnace installed and I’m honestly impressed with how clean and professional it looks. Everything is neatly set up, piping is tight, wiring is organized — no sloppy work at all. The crew was super respectful and made sure the heating system was running perfectly before they left. House feels warm and steady now, and I’ve got total peace of mind going into winter. Solid job all around.

Great experience with this company. Our AC wasn’t working properly, and they were able to come out quickly, diagnose the problem, and fix it without any hassle. The technician was professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. Really appreciate the honest and efficient service. Would definitely recommend for any repair needs!

직원들 써비스가좋다.

They are OK...but always compare with locals

Everything in these types of stores cones down to price and which emplyees you get. Employees are hit and miss. I wish the company would demand more

Called them like 10 times for a repair, tried different times of the day, left voicemail but nothing. Either nobody works there or they don't care. Good way to loose a client!
