Omar Garcia repaired the trap in my brother-in-law’s 1929 bathroom, doing a clean and honest job. Later, we called Muccia Plumbing again to replace two toilets. Omar and his helper Elvis arrived on time and spent 45 minutes explaining our options and risks before starting. The first toilet was installed perfectly, with no surprise fees, and Omar will return to finish the second. I highly recommend requesting Omar and Elvis for plumbing work.

Nothing is inexpensive these days, but I always have the secure feeling we've been well taken care of when Muccia Plumbing comes and checks out whatever issues we have. This time it was a strange one: A few nights ago, out of the blue, we started hearing what sounded like a jackhammer rumbling in our basement, drilling down into the cement floor. Because it was so late, we called the police, who sent the fire department. They found the culprit: a basement toilet that wasn't filling properly. After turning it off, they told us to call our plumber. Muccia showed up and fixed it--something called the flapper needed to be replaced. Problem solved.

I live in a co-op building in Edgewater whose go-to plumbing company is Muccia. I recently contracted with them to replace 2 HVAC convectors in my apartment. The technicians that worked on the job were punctual, personable and top quality professionals who did an excellent job. Everyone I communicated with at the company’s office provided outstanding service. I highly recommend this company.

Muccia's Plumbing was incredibly responsive. Kenny was knowledgeable and professional, able to troubleshoot our heating problem and have it fixed in the same visit. On the dreariest day of the year, with grandbabies on the way his expertise was greatly appreciated.

The technician Kenny was courteous, respectful, very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. You know you have someone honest when you see the pricing of an emergency service.
Not only was the price insane. (Over 500$/H just labor no parts) but he was the sloppiest plumber I have ever seen.
He was so bad we asked him to leave without finishing.
Avoid at all cost.

I called them in an emergency and they showed up within an hour. After working on my sewer line and realizing that the problem was in the street the tech helped me navigate all the protocols to get the right people involved to fix my problem. They went above and beyond normal service.

They were great! Had a clog late at night and they came out relatively quick. Found some problems that other plumbers missed last time I had a clog.

CITY Plumbing was recommended by my friend, and he was right! The guys were such skilled professionals I was confident that my kitchen sink would finally work, and it does. They replaced old parts, it's now like new. Thank you again!
