Arrived on time. Excellent and thorough job! We used a different company previously and there is no comparison. We will definitely call Lowe's again.

Jose was scheduled to come on a Tuesday, but he called to let us know he had an opening on Saturday, the day I called. Jose was very friendly and told us what he was doing every step of the way. He also reconnected the dryer after he was finished cleaning the vent. We will definitely use this company when its time to have the heating vents cleaned.

Julio did a good job in doing the duct cleaning. Juana also did a good job in cleaning up after each vent is cleaned. Will definitely recommend Lowes!

Techs did a great job. They had to crawl under my deck to reach the dryer vent. Did the work with no complaints and the vent was throughly cleaned. Reinstalled the dryer hose and put the dryer back in place.

I was impressed with the gentleman that cleaned the air ducts. He called me with an estimated time of arrival, did his best to be as neat as possible, and communicated any issues or concerns. When he let me know of additional cleaning that needed to be done, he didn't push me to do it.

Oswaldo was great! He called about 30 minutes before he arrived to let us know he was on the way. He was very professional and efficient. He took great care to maintain a clean space around each vent. He showed me the before and after photos at the end of his work so I could see the difference after the cleaning.
