Reviews of local pros in Hackensack, New Jersey

Julio and his assistant came right on time and did exactly what they promised. They were professional and neat. Took pictures of my air ducts and showed me what they looked like before and after. He also cleaned my dryer vent. I highly recommended Julio and Lowe’s

Julio was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient! The crew was on time and cleaned up after themselves as my house was before the cleaning. Would highly recommend. Definitely have my business for life.

I had Julio Hernandez from Lowe’s duct cleaning. He was in time, did a very thorough and clean job. We saw no dust all, everything was captured by his equipment. We also had the dryer hose cleaned and there he also vacuumed. Great job from Lowe’s and Julio!

Julio did an outstanding job. Brought duct cleaning to a whole new level. Punctual, kept us advised throughout job, thorough work; we would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Mike did a great job. He explain everything in detail. He was very respectful of us not wearing shoes in the house which I loved. He is very detailed and thorough. Have used this company for the 3rd time now and have always had a good experience. Mike however was the most detailed. Will definitely recommend them

Service was great! Scheduling was easy, they were able to accommodate me quickly and pointed out some new issues (and resolve) that I wasn’t aware of. They worked quickly and efficiently, highly recommend. My vents are all clean and my dryer is back to functioning well. Price was reasonable

I had the pleasure of having Julio come to my house for duct cleaning. The job he did was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended for anyone else in need of this service!

Julio came early and was extremely professional. He explained everything to me before they started. He showed me before and after pictures as he was working. They did a great job. Looking forward to using the company again.

Julio and his assistant were amazingly thorough. The before pictures were scary and made me glad I called. The after pictures told me I picked the right company. Great job! I'm breathing better already.

They did a very good job and it was very thorough. They showed me every step that they were doing. They showed me how much was in my vents and my ducts. They advised me what to buy to keep my vents clean and went to change the filters. I will recommend them to anyone asking. Julio was very polite and efficient in his job. The price was just right.

This company went above and beyond for our family and I am so grateful. I am highly satisfied and pleased with the work completed by Julio. He showed up on time and took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process and was thorough with his cleaning. I look forward to working with this company in the future!

I had a gentleman named Julio and his assistant I did not catch her name. Both were very professional and hard working. Julio was thorough in checking the pipes and cleaning everything out including a large bird nest. He even found a pipe that was not connected and resolved the issue. I can not thank him enough for his hard work, professionalism, and honesty. Now I can rest assure that everything is functioning properly. Prices are very affordable too.

David & Carlos did a great job. Didnt realize just how dirty our vents were! The team arrived on time, were neat and thorough. Highly recommend!

Julio was awesome! He was very professional and clear on how he did his job. I highly recommend their service and having him as a technician for your home.

Great service. On time, thorough, very clean, no mess or dust on the floors, very courteous tech and knowledgeable. He was very respectful of our home.

Technician did a very thorough job cleaning our drier Vent system. He was very respectful of our property and cleaned up the area after working.

I recently had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaning by Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning, and I couldn't happier wth the result. From start to finish Juan Ortiz (the technician who came in) was professional, courteous and efficient. He arrived on time (he even called me to let me know he was 20 mins away), set up all his equipment and explained the process clearly. He took him a little less than 2 hours to complete the job (three stories townhome).
Overall, I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to improve their home's air quality and efficiency. Great job and great service.

Exceeded our expectations! Jose did an amazing job. He was so thorough. He spent over 3 hours cleaning! I cannot recommend this company enough!

Julio did an amazing job, very knowledgeable and professional, took his time and was detailed, highly recommend!!

Just had my air ducts cleaned and was amazed at how much dust had accumulated in the system. However, what impressed me the most was the care and attention the tech - Juan Ortiz provided. He was so professional in his regard for me and my home, he commanded my confidence. I’d also like to thank Constantine for taking the time to explain the process during the scheduling. Because this was my first time/experience and it went so well, I will use Lowe’s again.

2nd time using this company for duct cleaning in my home. Very professional and courteous. Thorough job and they show you before and after pictures as well as the vacuum filter of everything they pull out of your ducts. Recommend.
