STAY FAR AWAY! You think you are going to have a more professional experience than your regular cleaning service because of the brochures and uniforms. Absolutely not the case! 1) The manager is impossible to reach-always “out in the field”. 2) I should have known when I was the one following up multiple days in a row to find out why I hadn’t been scheduled for the day requested, as discussed. 3) Then the crew finally comes and leaves the trash bags on my driveway, although I left instructions to put the trash in my garbage bins inside the garage. Animal got to it at night and I woke up to a disgusting mess all over my driveway. Now, after waiting for 6 hours to receive a return phone call after multiple messages, Leonor (manager) says, “As a one time courtesy, she will send someone to take care of it. That the animal caused the mess, not her.” What??!! Let me tell you something about customer service, Leonor. When someone pays you money to clean their home, and your crew causes a mess for lack of following instruction and common sense, your response should be, “I’m sorry for the inconvenience my crew has caused you. We will take care of it right away and it will never happen again.” Needless to say, will not be using them again. Terrible.

The Cleaning Authority has been a lifesaver for my family. Between work and kids there is never time to clean. Tom and his crew are always on time, thorough and extremely careful. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a clean house.

I’m very impressed with the job the Cleaning Authority did on my one family home in Lyndhurst, New Jersey recently. I’m a busy medical professional who works 45-50 hours a week with very little time for house cleaning, and also have a 70 lb chocolate Labrador that is always shedding which creates a real cleaning challenge. I received a “detail cleaning” service and was amazed at how my floors (tile and hardwood) shined! The house smelled clean, not perfumed. The granite island and counter tops were free of fingerprints, and the bathroom was immaculate, including my stainless steel faucets, they actually scrubbed them with tooth brushes! My ceiling fan paddles were wiped clean, as was the tops of my doors, base boards, hood of the stove, and all my blinds were dusted. My kitchen sink which is stainless steel, was washed and rinsed out, and it was glistening when I got home.
I’m really glad I responded to their mailer. They really do a great job!

Our Elks Lodge recently hired The Cleaning Authority to clean our main meeting room and they did an incredible job. Because of the great job with the meeting room we had them clean our kitchen area and we couldn’t be happier. Tom and his team of 2 assassins killed it! We’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend their services

They clean our house every 2 weeks. On time, efficient and good work. The recent cleaners who have done very good work are Team 2 (Celeidi and Maria) and Team 5(Dianni and Jhonrgs (not sure the spelling is correct)).

I am extremely particular about cleaning companies in my home and this company has been fantastic. They arrive on time, the employees are friendly and do an absolutely thorough cleaning. They work around my son’s naps and cleaning his room. They’re priced very fairly and worth every penny. They leave a check list of everything cleaned so I can inspect. I recommend this company to anyone.
