I haven't used RKS, yet.. Although I called RKS to inquire about their services. Rob answered my call and was very polite. He agreed to come to my property within 2 days to provide an estimate. He was true to his word, and was very easy to talk to, and was thorough in explaining everything. He emailed me a detailed work order estimate, and the price quote was competitive.

RKS Landscaping recently did some hedge trimming work for us, and we were very happy with the work. Rob is easy to work with, and he got the work done in a timely manner for a reasonable price.

The team consulted me along the way to make sure I was happy at each step, and made adjustments whenever I asked for them graciously. Was charged thousands of dollars to repair a lawn after construction. Lawn is riddle with weeds, dead spots and mud. Complained several times about the amount of weeds and was told it was a problem for next year. Only 1/3 of the lawn was damaged from construction, so why is the rest of the lawn riddled with weeds when a specific request was to eliminate the overgrowth of crab grass? Additionally, the careless lawn mower driver consistently ripped up the newly planted grass by spinning the mower too quickly just to "get it done". At every point I was somehow treated like I was the problem despite my lawn never looking so bad in the 10 years I have lived here. Poor service and has a real attitude problem. I would avoid this business. Adding that a primary request was that the area closest to the street was largely crab grass and paid to have it all removed and replanted with grass. Very costly. Now, instead of a mix of grass and crabgrass, it is now 100% crabgrass. Adding photos as a follow-up to the owner stating that I was the problem. Super professional response btw.
