It was my first time using a cleaning service and I wasn't disappointed! I have a monster walk-in shower with floor to ceiling glass doors (you can actually open a 6ft ladder inside of it!) and the girls were able to clean it better than I ever could. Theresa and Christine were thorough, polite, and efficient. They cleaned areas of my home that are difficult to reach and not part of my regular cleaning areas; absolutely worth it!

We've been using the Cleaning Authority for years. The owners who took over last year are great. In general, they hire good people, although some teams are better than others. Shirley calls to confirm each appointment and follows up if there are any issues. The cleaning people are trust worthy and hardy working. We're happy with their service!

We were so incredibly pleased with the service that we received from the Cleaning Authority (Hawthorne) From the moment we received our quote until the moment they came and thoroughly cleaned everything , it was so smooth. They will email you the quote and you can email or text your desired date of service. The two ladies that came to do our first time cleaning were absolutely delightful . Geraldin and Reina are amazing. I’m beyond pleased with our first service. Will be using them again and again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Don't get sidetracked by reviews from 3 or 5 years ago! It seems that this company change the ownership. I had Jason (estimator) coming and giving me a price which I agreed to. After the first cleaning they decided to double the price. The 2 young girls were not only extremely unprofessional they also didn't speak or understand English. I had to communicate via Google translate. They also did a horrible job on all counts! I had to follow them so they don't use the same sponge for a toilet then for the counter tops! They also damaged the faucet in master bathroom by pulling it too hard! In any case I spoke to Helena (office manager) asking not to send the same crew again but now that she text me the new price I don't think I will ever use them again.

The Cleaning Authority is fantastic! Their team, especially Celeidi (Team 2) always does a great job. They are very thorough and Celeidi is so sweet. Highly recommend The Cleaning Authority.

We have used The Cleaning Authority for over 2 years to clean our home every 2 weeks. Over that time we have had several different cleaning teams, but most have done an excellent job. We particularly want to give a shout out to Francia and Elsa (Team 5). They were thorough and efficient and professional in completing their work.

I wish I could give this landscaping company more stars. What they did with my property is phenomenal. A few years ago a couple trees were cut down and years of seed in those areas saw sunlight for the first time. The explosion of growth was something out of a nightmare. I tried other companies but the growth just came back bigger and stronger. I finally had Bullis Landscaping come and try to battle what literally no man has been able to conquer, and they succeeded! I can’t wait for Bullis Landscaping to come back in the spring with a new landscaping design to prevent this nightmare from ever happening again!!!
