Yesterday, Mr. Roman Chodaba turned what had been a frustrating morning into a most pleasant afternoon. The delivery/"installation" employees who delivered a new electric range were unable to install the appliance, stating an electric outlet was required. Their statement was misleading because I later learned from Mr. Roman that the range could be installed using the existing conduit. An employee of the building had suggested I call Mr. Roman and provided me with his phone number. I was only in town for the day. I first spoke with him at 10:49 AM and sent photos via text message. Mr. Roman arrived at 12:39 PM. Now that is prompt service!

Mr. Roman had a most pleasant personality and energy. It was a pleasure speaking with him and doing business with him. I would definitely use his business in the future.

I first contacted Roman after reading these google reviews and was not disappointed. Not only was his estimate the best out of the other companies in downtown jersey city area, but it ended up being cheaper than we originally quoted for. I needed 4 light fixtures installed and two ceiling fans removed. Roman handled the job without a problem, taking him just under two hours. He was clean, professional and has a wealth of experience in electrical work. He came in with an extremely positive attitude and overall a great guy to have a conversation with.

Roman returned my voicemail a few minutes after I left it, and was professional and courteous in our interaction. He was able to accommodate my urgent service request (partial power loss in my apartment), and provided a fair estimate for this type of job.

Roman arrived within the timeframe that was originally communicated and was able to quickly locate our meter (under a pile of trash, and out of +30 unmarked meters) and replace two totally corroded circuit breakers in record time.

The power was restored quickly and we couldn't be happier.
