Gregg and Dave replaced my circulating pump on one of the coldest nights.

I have a very old heating system and the circulating pump was failing. It had stopped working and was leaking. Called Bolkema Fuel after hours and John Bolkema called back immediately. He said he’d have someone come Monday/Tuesday as he’d have to search for the part. Told him there’s no circulating heat (it was 7 degrees outside). He said it can’t wait. Gregg the technician called back just after getting off the phone with John. He had the part. Gregg came and got the part hooked up, then Dave arrived to bled the units. From start to finish it took less than an hour. Super pleasant gentlemen turned a frightening day into a warm cozy evening.

We have used Bolkema for oil delivery and boiler service for many years now. Whenever we need service on our boiler, which always seems to be after hours, we are quickly connected with a qualified, and capable technician. Greg is usually dispatched. He is friendly, knowledgeable, speedy, and neat. He always explains the issues and what the resolution should be. We highly recommend Bolkema.

I didn’t even use this business. A driver had very bad road rage over in franklin NJ. My mother turned into Walmart and he claimed she was passing him. He then tailgated us at a stop sign and honked at us. My mom said something about how it was a stop sign. The driver proceeded to scream at us and was very rude and disrespectful towards us for no reason. Will never Use this business.

Hughes is absolutely one of the best HVAC/r companies in the NY/NJ area. They are experts and innovators. I highly reccomend calling them for your commercial HVAC and refrigeration needs

At this point, I have sat in a 50° office in the winter and a 91° office in the summer all while having the pleasure of paying Hughes thousands each season to fix “the issues.” A This has persisted for 4 years with the service team saying all issues are unrelated. Feels more like a test of my resolve than anyone actually trying to fix an issue.

Well it happened again, Hughes promised they found the "Unrelated Issue" (Ha! That's about the 8th different issue that is somehow not related) and they sent a tech to fix it. Well 48 hours later the same tech is in because it's hot in the offices again. Well turns out this fix quoted at $4000 wasn't it. The tech thinks "The system isn't engineered correctly." So I have the service manager telling me "This is the last repair, we found it" and the tech saying "This system just isn't right."

Paula was very helpful in the planning of my new bathroom. Recommendations were made such as chrome for my white and light blue bathroom. She provided choices where I could make the final decision. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend Fergusons's in Mahwah. They have an extensive showroom for bath and kitchen needs, as well as lighting. We have done several home improvement renovations with them. Most importantly, their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. On our last project the associate Jane helped us. Her expertise and input made it really easy for us, and we really appreciated her help. She gave us great advice! It was a pleasure working with her. The manager Jen is also terrific and a great help if anything comes up that needs extra attention. Many thanks, and highly recommended!

One of the best Customer setvice experiences I’ve had in a long time. I got the BOM from my plumber sent it over to the counter guys. I had a quote within two hours. Double checked with the plumber and placed the order. Pricing was right and delivery was even better. On time with a text message when they were 15 minutes away. Alex helped me make sure everything was on the order and everything was smooth on delivery. I’m not often in the market for plumbing supplies, but I would definitely be back here again when I am.
