Called a month ago to schedule an appointment. Waited for 1 month and never show up . Called again, and said the appointment was never in the system. Need to wait for another 3 weeks for the next appointment.

Use them at your own risk. Three appointments made each time no one showed. If permitted by Google, I would give a resounding zero stars to them.

Very professional company that does excellent work. Have used them extensively for HVAC, plumbing and electrical and everything has always been top quality. Highly recommend.

While I experienced issues with the office staff, management and the installation and service teams are great. My concern was resolved to my satisfaction and I received a promise to do better going forward. I highly recommend that kind of follow up

Terrible service and expensive. They often send people with little to no experience. They always late if they show up at all. They often mis diagnosis or damage functioning equipment with their maintenance service (stay away from that plan). They recently broke my ac and then missed the visit on Friday and wanted to charge me for an emergency service call.

I've been using Van Natta since I purchase my home fifteen years ago. Based on my experiences with this company and its staff I can honestly say that these guys are extremely prompt, courteous and knowledgeable with respect to HVAC and plumbing.

The worst. We called them two weeks ago. Made an appointment. They blew us off. When we called, there was no acknowledgement whatsoever, no apology, but they did promise to show up today between 1-3pm. Guess what? No show, no call, no service. Do not use this company.

Great experience with this company. Called in at just after 12pm and had a tech here shortly after. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our AC was running at max efficiency before he left. Would definitely recommend!

SUPER expensive. High initial cost to just come out to home visit and then added on all different diagnostic fees for each issue. One hour of plumbing cleaning and check was $380, feel like a complete rip off. You can get cheaper service elsewhere.

We had replaced cooling and heating system recently. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. The amount that was charged was exactly the amount that was quoted with the rebates and discounts offered. Workers were always on time and cleaned up all the mess after the work was done. Definitely will use again but hopefully not until after 20 years. :)

My AC died on Sunday around 8-9 PM. I called them having never been a customer before and was told their on call hours are only until 10 and they were booked but the tech Mike said he’d call me at first thing in the AM to let me know he was coming. Well he didn’t disappoint. Called at 6:30, arrives by 7:20 and had everything fixed by 8:30. So thankful for him. VanNatta was the only one to even return my call or commit to coming the next morning out of 7 different “24/7” companies I called that evening!

Van Natta was used by my contractor to completely finish my basement. While the HVAC part of Van Natta was excellent, the electrical was just the opposite. Mike from Van Natta was easily the most difficult of all the contractors providing estimates to my contractor. When it came to the work getting done, we ended up doing less lights and circuits than originally planned but somehow I can't get a credit for this work. Additionally we were billed MORE for 3 wi-fi capable dimmer switches that they had to get from Home Depot (they could have at least used that price as a credit). They also left a number of the ceiling tiles dirty when installing the lights and I failed my electrical inspection and had to reschedule it to get my permit closed. Van Natta will never do any electrical work in my house again. There are plenty of other companies out there that are just easier to deal with, do better work, and provide a better value.

You should be aware they don't stand behind their installation after couple of years. So I had two units high efficiency Furnance/AC installed at my home they work beautifully, Carrier, however they choose to use a copper condensing line and not neutralize the acidity of the water. My condensing line corroded and I had water issues, after taking to Van Natta they basically say that not their problem. I talked to different people and they told me that it's well know that high efficiency units produce acid water and ideally even for the pump you should remedy that, using neutralization kit or installing a pump who is able to handle this kind of water and not use copper lines for that. So if you choose Van Natta do some research, ask lots of questions, and review all the work yourself or assume the problems after the job is done.

I have used Van Natta on several occasions previously and although they are a bit expensive I was satisfied with their work. Today I had scheduled a routine maintenance service for the furnace that Van Natta installed a couple years ago. They sent a guy named Mark. He was surly and gruff from the moment he entered my home. He complained about there not being enough light and was mumbling stuff I couldn't really understand. I asked him if he had brought light with him and he gruffly said he would have to go out to his truck and get it, I told him if he was going to speak to me disrespectfully and didn't want to do the job to leave. So he left again mumbling something not bothering to close the door behind him. If you decide to use Van Natta make sure not to get this guy. I think I may try to find a different company, it looks like they've gotten too big to care about a small residential customer like me.

Van Natta has been great. There following all covid protocols. Wearing masks and booties. Everyone very knowledgeable and friendly always willing to help. Offer a variety if services from central air to electrical and plumbing. Prices are great. Always show up on time. Very clean I highly recommend them to anyone.

we've used Van Natta many times at many different properties. They were always expensive but usually did a good job and showed up when they said they would, In the last 2 years that has all changed. Because they have been so busy they no longer care about long time customers and their pricing has gone through the roof. Recently we literally begged them to fix the AC in the office of a major tenant. They quoted us a very high price which we agreed to pay out of desperation. Then they told us they couldn't come for 45 days. Three weeks have gone by and yesterday the tenant exercised his option to leave. They had been our tenant for 9 years

Derek came to my home to service my heating system. He was very knowledgeable and got my unit back up and running in no time. He was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend requesting for him when calling Van Natta.

Our old boiler had been acting up. We had a few different companies out who were eager to have us replace it. Van Natta was the only company who examined the boiler carefully and took the time to repair it. We were impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Highly recommend

I had the opportunity to work with Van Natta this week after the very hot day, my A/C stopped working. Called them up, they came out quick, identified the issue quickly, worked to get the replacement back quicker than expected. Can't say enough good things. I highly recommend them.
