It’s been a long time since I’ve come across a company with such excellent RELIABLE service. You will be so happy these people are taking care your plumbing and boilers. They serviced our radiators, which FIVE other companies service come out. These guys solved a problem no one else could. Highly recommend!

We had an emergency pipe replacement for our furnace. Called PAC at 9am and they were out to house by 11 even though it was scheduled between 12 - 3. James and another guy came did a great job. I couldn't compare prices because it was an emergency and I need to get someone in so my 92year mother could stay warm on this freezing cold day.

Guys came in and did an excellent job. Job was in a tight space and it was completed without issue and in a timely manner. Great work by the crew.

I have used this company multiple times, but never again! I was charged 190 for them to walk into my property. I was then given a ridiculous estimate to replace water heater and then was told they charge an extra 1500 for a permit. Recieved another estimate from another company who did not charge me 190 dollars to walk into the property and replaced the water heater at half the cost. Ridiculous!

Chris of PAC Plumbing, Heating Air Conditioning did an incredible job. My bathroom sink had plumbing that was several decades old and improperly organized. Chris not only repaired the blockage problem I called about, but also completely reworked the piping to the sink in a way that would prevent future leaks (a problem I didn't realize was occuring). He was also very friendly, patient and completed the work very quickly. Anyone that gets Chris to do work on their plumbing is a very lucky customer!

PAC provided great customer service to us in our time of need. They were on time, prompt, professional and resolved our issue in a timely manner.

Louie V and Juan were excellent dealing with a complicated issue. They spent the time needed to come up with a possible solution. Trying to figure out the years of plumbing repairs and their effect on the present problem was impressive. Hopefully their next course of action will be successful. Judging by their knowledge of dealing with an older home I believe they will be.

Although my furnace needs a lot of work, this team was great! The office had someone out in less than an hour from when I called and the Devran the tech was knowledgeable and thorough in trouble-shooting the issues and advised me of all my options. I highly recommend them!

Finley did a great job installing a new water heater for us. Excellent work, done on time and was detailed when explaining the new equipment. Second water heater from these guys and will purchase a third next time.
