I bought a dishwasher at Lowe’s. Mastropiero’s installed it. They did a sloppy job. The rubber is sticking out and it’s lopsided. It should be set in more.
I called the company direct. I Spoke with Kate, she never called me back. I called again three days later. Asked why she never called back. She had no good reason. She told the tech said it was fine without a second look. It’s not. You don’t need to be an installer to see it’s sloppy.
Kate told me Janice (manager) would call me back. Almost two days later she didn’t.
I called again. Kate told me that they are not going to do anything to correct the problem.
Terrible customer service / sloppy install.

Very happy with the work completed so far. Our tech was knowledgeable and very personable. He was on time. (can't stress how important that is to me). I have several projects for them and 2 are now completed. VERY happy with the results. No leak and a rapidly flowing drain.

Mastropiero was contracted at my workplace in Keyport. When I was asking around I was given great reviews by the people here who had work done in their homes too. Their work at my job was well received and they were very satisfied with the results.

I called Mastropiero Plumbing & Heating this morning about a toilet that would not stop running. Kate, who answered the phone, was very pleasant and was able to schedule a tech to come to my house to fix it today. Steven T. was the Plumbing Technician who came on time, and he was excellent. Very personable, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He fixed the problem, as well as servicing another toilet that I showed him that was having some issues.
I hadn't used Mastropiero Plumbing before and saw their reviews. The fact they were a family run business for over 30 years impressed me to try them. I'm so glad I did. If the need arises, I will contact them in the future. Thank you for your great customer service and same day service!

I've had two services done by Mastropiero and both were beyond professional and efficient. My first repair was a busted pipe when the weather got too cold. Not only did they respond immediately but the service was swift and done well. The tech showed me everything he was doing and walked me through the repair process along the way. He was courteous and clean. My second service was for a leaking hot water heater. Unfortunately it needed to be replaced but they took their time, brought the new unit and hauled away the old one. They also fixed some out of code piping and were sure to explain all parts and servicing along the way. Their techs go above and beyond and don't make you feel like you're being talked down to or pressured into doing unnecessary work. They'll explain whatever it is in a way you can follow along and understand, and not make you feel confused. Eid did a great job replacing a drain line under a bathroom sink and an outdoor spigot that was leaking. He was very professional and was able to explain everything to me (someone with no plumbing knowledge) while giving recommendations to prevent future issues. The area was left very clean and he even wore booties into my home to prevent tracking anything in. Very happy with the service.

Wonderful service by Mastropiero plumbing. I was able to be seen within a day of my call. They accommodated my timing constraints. The plumber was thorough and explained the problem for me and was able to fix the problem quickly. Five stars for sure!

Steve, Mike and Frank were fantastic. Got the A/C- furnace install done in no time. They were all so professional and courteous. We've had them replace our attic 2nd zone a/c a few years ago, and they were great, then, also. Even trouble shot a minor gas leak to our fireplace and repaired that. I cannot recommend them enough. Great company.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! The owners of the company presented themselves with such competence and knowledge of what needed to be done at my home. They could almost guarantee my main water line leak was going to be outside and they were right! I was very upset with the situation that occurred at my home, but the owner is so nice and empathetic that his aura alone, along with his competence of this job, made me go with him! I am very happy with the job that was done. No second thoughts in using them again!

I’ve been using Mastropiero for several years now for both plumbing and HVAC services, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. They have completed many projects both big and small in my home. They consistently go above and beyond—not just in the quality of their work, but in their customer service too. The women in the office are all so kind and helpful. The guys who come out for the jobs have all listened to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly. One of the things that really stood out to me was Mike, the owner gave me his personal number after one of our jobs. I had a question after hours that I was concerned about, I texted Mike and he FaceTimed me to walk me through the issue. That kind of dedication is incredibly rare these days. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, and it shows every time they come out. They are also very knowledgeable and experienced with homes in Aberdeen specifically the Strathmore ranch that we have. Reliable, professional, and just good people. Definitely a 5-star company.

Mastropiero did all the plumbing work for our master bath remodel. Their expertise was invaluable in addressing several unanticipated issues that we uncovered as the project progressed. They show up on time, do a great job, and are courteous, helpful and friendly. We also had them change out another toilet in the house and replace the main shut off valve. I'm very happy and satisfied with their service.

March 2023 Review: Rating 5 - Nothing has changed with this compny. My husband was very satisfied. He stayed home to wait for them. Arrived on time. Assessed the issue. Gave us a quote, return promptly with product. Installed and cleaned up. Toilet is flushing fine now. Hubby was able to go into work by 11 am. We are very happy. Will call/recommend every day, all day. Thank you!

Old review: Friendly but professional staff. Maintained phone contact throughout the day. Arrive by designated time. Clean and well organized. Let us know what they were doing. Even let us take pics as they were taking our "old baby" away. :) Extremely satisfied. Love the hot water we get every day since then. Highly recommend!!!!!

I can’t begin to thank Jeanette and her amazing team for fixing my outside water main leak so promptly - it was emergent.
I called you 630 pm and Jeanette, you answered the phone. You calmed me when you said my leak was an emergency would be the first of the day. They arrived 815 am. The guy came and was very professional and shook my hand.
He gave me an estimate immediately but just needed to put it in writing.
Your team was out the next day early and fixed my leak. They were reasonably priced and worked with me. They never stopped working. They were never on the phones distracted - they literally worked the whole time. I offered food and water but they politely declined. I had them fix my faucet outside as well since it leaked.
I can’t thank you all for your prompt attention in this matter. You were kind and I highly recommend you to everyone. You are a family business and I felt like my problem meant something to your team.
We recently lost our family member who did all this stuff. For me and my mom it’s been hard. You made this easy and again I can’t thank you enough.

Thanks to Eid who helped located the kitchen sink leaking issue. He arrived on-time for the appointment early in the morning. He is very friendly and he helped track the leak in my kitchen sink very thoroughly, also paid attention to my description of the problem.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who owns a tankless water heater. The service technician who came to our house was knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. He flushed the system ( which needs to be done on a yearly basis) to clean out the lines so there are no clogs which could impede its performance. Replaced ok circulator pump that was not functioning properly. He also was able to tell us its age and how many years were left on its warranty. Service like this is hard to find in today’s world. I have definitely signed up for yearly maintenance service from this company. To reiterate, I highly recommend this company to anyone who has a tankless water heater, they know what they are doing!

This reviews a few months late, but I wanted to leave it. Mastropiero helped me out big time in the midst of an extremely dangerous heat wave this past summer. Not only did they schedule someone in last minute, the owner himself showed up, and earlier than expected to boot. That and the ladies that took my call and gave me more than just the time of day, it goes such a long way and my family and I are greatly appreciative. On top of the exceptional customer service, they addressed the issue as well, no questions. Top marks all around.

Above & beyond service on a freezing cold weekend. Our water heater failed on the coldest Friday night of the year. Michael Masterpiero made a mad dash to get the part on a Saturday morning. (Wholesale plumbing supply house close at noon on Saturday). He determined the part was covered under warranty, so only labor for installation. Thanks to the entire Masterpiero family for such great service.
