When my water heater suddenly malfunctioned, they understood the urgency of the situation and acted immediately. Not only did they respond promptly (considering it was late in the evening around 8:00 pm), but they also efficiently replaced my water heater (next morning 930 am they were at my house), ensuring that I had hot water restored in no time. What truly stood out was their commitment to staying within my budget without compromising on quality. The team members (Anthony Mastropiero, Steven George, Steve Tranis and Andrew Adamski) were professional, courteous, and highly skilled, making the entire process seamless. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services. Highly satisfied customer.

These guys were great! Honest work, on time, great price, and got the job done with no problems. I’d like to mention that these guys are highly experienced and local. After three other plumbers shared doubts about my old house and old pipes, Mike Mastropiero took one look and said “yeah that’s nothing to worry about, I’ve seen that before…” and the rest was pie. Special shout out to Nick, a gentleman and professional who went above and beyond in moving all my heavy stuff and even removed the doors so the tub could get through. I hired Mastropiero for my kitchen remodel to handle the plumbing for a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and faucet. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and easy to work with.
Mike Jr. and the front office team were outstanding. They helped multiple times with filing permits, submitting drawings, and scheduling work around my other subs. I hired this company to fix a banging noise in my baseboard heaters. The salesperson talked a big game, promising a methodical approach to tracking the lines and replacing support clamps. Unfortunately, the actual work was rushed and sloppy. The technicians spent only 30 minutes on-site, missed several spots, and didn’t even move my drop ceiling to check the lines properly.

Not only did the $800 “fix” fail to stop the noise, but a leak started that same day. Despite the system being only three years old and previously leak-free, they claimed it was just a “coincidence.” When I called for a repair, they sent the salesperson back out instead of a technician. He quoted me $2,000 to fix the leak they likely caused, and suggested a PEX line swap for the still present noise (about $50 in materials).

With an active leak, I agreed to the work, thinking it would be done ASAP, but it was two weeks until they came out. They didn’t even come with enough PEX to do what they said, and then tried to change the scope of work.

So, I paid $800 for them to cause a leak, and then got quoted $2,000 to fix it.
