It was time to replace my old sewer pipes. I was stressed out and worried about the mess and the cost of repairs. I called Mastropiero Plumbing and they were very responsive and professional. They assessed the situation and explained the problems to me in detail. The plumber team worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They were also very courteous and respectful of my property. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and the reasonable price. Robert showed up on time and we discussed the issue with my leaking rear hose bib. As the plumbing location to repair was difficult to access (the outside faucet is behind my interior water heater) Robert was able to come up with several suggestions how we could proceed. Once a direction was agreed upon, fix was implemented. Am happy with the experience, and would recommend Masterpietro.

The yeary maintenance on my Navien combi unit was performed by same technician who removed my old furnace and assisted with the install of the new system five years ago. Been very satisfied since the new install, on time and solid service.

Maybe some of your customers were happy with your service, but I am not one of them. The plumber came to fix a radiant heat leak and told me I would have heat just as before. This was not the case. After the repair the plumber could not get water to the pipes. But did not check his work, and still cemented up he floor and left me, a senior without heat in two bedrooms. The rest of the house had heat. After returning a second time, he still could not get the heat to the rooms. The only thing that was offered was to put baseboard heat in those rooms. I had another plumber come and he fixed the screw-up by Mastropiero and I now have heat the those two rooms. Beware if you choose this company as they don't stand behind their work.

I had a great experience with this company. I called and the customer service was outstanding. I was able to get a technician to my house the same day and Anthony was very professional and knowledgeable. This is my first experience with this company and I would highly recommend them. They seem to be very Concerned about the consumer .

Polite, quick with services and efficient. My yearly maintenance for heat and hot system. More expensive than I thought it would be. Prices have gone up I understand.

Initially I was a bit disappointed because I had an emergency situation and was told they could come to my house first thing the next day so when they called the next day and said they could not make it, I was more than disappointed. I did find a workaround so the crisis was averted. As for the service itself and the Technician/Plumber Steve, I was thoroughly satisfied. He came on time the next day and was very quick to diagnose the problem. He was personable, efficient and cleaned up everything when the job was complete. I chose Mastropiero without a prior experience because I didn't want a huge company with huge prices. I think I got a fair deal for the service provided and now I know if I do have a problem in the future, I can contact Mastropiero again with the hopes of the getting the same drama free repair.

Recently, we faced an emergency situation when we discovered a leak from our radiant heating system. I called to schedule a service appointment, and the young lady on the phone recognized the urgency of the issue. She contacted the owner, Mike, who arrived at our house within 15 minutes.

Mike understood the situation and explained everything that needed to be done. He didn’t stop at just assessing the problem; he also stopped the leak to avoid any further damage. The following day, he installed baseboard heating in the affected room to prevent any future issues with the radiant heating system, which had been turned off.

I promise you won't be disappointed with Mastropiero for any of your plumbing and heating needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Professional from start to finish and most importantly did a fantastic quality job in the end. I am super happy with my new hot water heater in a new (better) location that was recommended by the gentleman who came to do the estimate. One of the things I valued the most though was in fact their back-office staff who was incredibly responsive sending texts leading up to accepting the job and were then able to start right away. Mastropiero Plumbing & Heating has been working on our home for the last few years due to prior ownership failing to maintain. The dedicated staff of technicians were all very professional. We purchased our home in the "I" section in Aberdeen in 2018 and absolutely love the area but, we never owned a home on a slab or with the utilities in the backyard. Surprise was an understatement on what transpired. Mike, the owner and his staff have replaced our first floor radiant heating with baseboard heat, HVAC system, entire waste system including a new cleanout, washer hook up to replace the poor plumbing and drainage originally installed and the dishwasher pipe that now properly go directly to the new cleanout. Most recently replaced the seal of upstairs toilet that was installed incorrectly and last of course the water heater installed 8 years ago by a different plumber decided to break, the technician was out within hours and replaced the same day. I can say without reservation that I would recommend this company highly and hope not to see them in the near future until it is time for the upstairs bathrooms to be replaced. The stress and cost of major systems all going at the same time was painful, but Mike and his team made the process bearable and reasonable in their fees. They were respectful, followed up and cleaned up afterwards as though they were never here. Thank you to my new "extended family" for taking care of us! Melissa and Robert Poland

PS - FYI we bought this house when there was no inventory and bidding wars were prevalent, we did the home inspection but these 65 year old homes need work so be prepared before installing new pretty kitchens and baths, take care of the systems first! Pretty has to wait unfortunately but at least we are confident in the future we can move forward without worrying.

I have amended my initial review of Mastrpiero plumbing due to an original misunderstanding. I have been contacted by the manager, Janice, who was very cordial and understanding. Explanations were given, we worked things out and I’m very happy with the final result.

Robert Finley and his partner were very kind,patient,efficient,and knowledgeable in the work they did yesterday. I had my hot water heater replaced and the job was done before I even knew it. They were also very clean and tidy,didn’t make any mess as they made sure to put down tarp before they stated the work. I would recommend using this company again as I probably will in the future.
