Doug from Arrow Sewer and Drain was clear in his explanations during the camera review of our main Sewer line. There was no pressure, unlike others I've had. In comparison, his price was very reasonable.
We are very pleased with the job Claudio and his partner did in refurbishing our main sewer line. They were professional, respectful, and explained well what they did. I highly recommend Arrow Sewer and Drain.

Great serviceman (Nir). Knowledgeable and thorough. Explained everything and prices were reasonable for service. Spent a lot of time to explain my issue(s) and was attentive to my priorities. Would recommend and certainly use again. I would NOT use George Macaulay who left here with the faucet broken and leaking profusely after paying $550. and a generous tip. Luckily, Nir from Arrow was able to repair the mess George left me with! Actually left here with a broken faucet (only he and helper touched), annd water unable to turn on or off, and leaking like crazy! Had to have someone come anfter 9p.m. to shut down water annd repair faucet. Another learning experience so please Buyer Beware!

My septic system needed some repairs. I called four septic companies and Arrow replied the fasted, gave a reasonable quote, and sent a knowledge team to fix the issues. As a city girl moving to the country, I had many questions. Nick and his team were courteous, patient, and answered all my questions.

The picture says it all! Nick came and fixed a broken main pipe from the house to the street. He carefully rolled up my newly laid sod, dug the hole, repaired the pipe, installed a clean-out, and put the sod back perfectly — like nothing ever happened. Nick had a smile on his face the entire time and put all my worries to rest. He’s simply the best!

Doug made sure it was a smooth transition. Doug’s name should be renamed to professional customer service. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend & so thankful they were recommended to me.

Doug Weber did a great job of giving us a clear, accurate estimate of the job & the cost - then Arrow delivered what was promised.

Ivan did a great job as foreman, very professional & mature young man.

They did exactly what they say they would do: replaced my main sewer line that runs UNDER my deck, WITHOUT touching the deck itself.

The "pipe-burst"/trenchless procedure is amazing - they excavate a small hole in front of the septic tank, run a cable into the house from there & push the new pipe "OUT" from the connection in the house back to the septic tank, THROUGH the existing pipe, which breaks or "bursts" open and just stays in the ground.

Almin was quick to respond and did an excellent job unclogging my main sewer line. He took the time to explain the possible causes and shared several long-term solutions, as this issue could happen again due to my old pipelines. I really appreciate his honesty, expertise, and practical advice. Thanks to his clear explanation, I now plan to move forward with the pipe bursting method to replace the old pipes. I’ll start by saying this company went above and beyond my expectations. In my life i never deal with people so professionally that answers all my questions. They do great work and have a fantastic group. Amil, Anthony, and the crew made me feel like a friend from beginning to end. I highly recommend them and will use them for any service.

I use them to excavate my front lawn and repair the sewer line. They were very professional, worked extremely well, and left the front lawn in very good condition. I would definitely recommend them for any service that they offer.

Had the pleasure of speaking with Amira in the office before meeting Almin, the technician, and both were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Almin took the time to clearly explain my options and walked me through the scope of work needed to repair the line, which I truly appreciated.

Based on today’s experience alone, I would absolutely recommend Arrow Sewer and Drain

Service wasn't good. They broke a PVC pipe that goes from the gutter to an underground connection. They did replace it but the job wasn't good. The connection separated which caused water going straight to the ground and causing a sink hole. In the basement they never put back the metal plate cover. When they dug for the lining installation there was no muddy water at all. All of a sudden there was so much mud and the staining type which means they probably busted out or had a leak somewhere. Which is probably why they worked until 8pm, when they were supposed to be done by 4pm. They started at 8am. I was told that they're coming back to take a look. I'm hoping the issue will be 100% fixed.

UPDATE: Well the issue was fixed. It was done so much better this time. Axel redid the work and fixed the other guys mistakes, even fixed the mulch. It looks so much better now. They cleaned up after very well, much respect to the company and especially Axel n Almin. Thank you guys! 2 New pix added
