The tech & service were excellent & they fixed the problem; clearing our slow draining kitchen sink. However, Roto Rooter had been to our home just this past February for the same issue; in less than a year the price for snaking out a drain almost tripled! We were charged almost $600 just for that. Next time we will definitely be comparing companies and costs.

Although we were very happy with the quickness of reply and for them unclogging our clogged kitchen sink, $655 plus tax for a simple snake of a kitchen sink line is outrageous. He was here less than an hour. We were stuck and needed to have it fixed but we will never use them again. Buyer beware. The company should be ashamed of themselves for charging such ridiculous prices.

We own a duplex, and found a “zipper leak” down the vertical pipe that exists from the duplex bathrooms which is inside the cinder block fire walls. Nearly impossible to get to without destroying foundational walls and the corner of our first floor kitchen, they assured me we could take this with trenchless work. After the first day in the job and fixing the copper pipe, there was still a leak. The following morning they returned, determined and diligent to get the work completed. They continued to scope and found a secondary leak in a pipe that exited from my duplex bathroom. They remediated that pipe and the leaking stopped! They left absolutely zero mess behind them, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them. They have excellent customer service and they showed extreme diligence and patience in diagnosing and remediating the issues. Two weeks before my 5th baby is due, we all could’ve cried with joy that our house didn’t need to be dug up and foundation walls repaired. We had no change in cost through all this. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to work with. We are very satisfied customers and would point anyone with plumbing work to them!

Following a sewer backup, I received estimates from multiple to resolve the issue which would require fixing an “offset” within my sewer line piping. The issue was significant as it would require opening the street to remediate. From the start, Doug and Todd could not be more helpful and transparent by explaining the problem at hand, the appropriate solution and what to expect as it relates to costs (permitting with the town was required to open the street and close it for a day). Arrow’s quote was very reasonable, they held true to it despite there being unforeseen circumstances and adamant about completing the work in a timely manner (including coming on Christmas Eve!). Overall, they completed the work in a very professional and thorough manner while also working with my homeowner insurance company to resolve a claim. I am very grateful for the work of Arrow Sewer and Drain and would highly recommend them!

I can't express how extremely satisfied and grateful to work with the Arrow Sewer and Drain team. I called the the night before because my sewage was blocked and coming back into my basement. I gave the Arrow Sewer & Drain guys a called 8:30pm the previous night and they were here by 7:30am in the morning to address the situation. Dennis came to diagnosis the issue and walked through everything needs to be done. Unfortunately, we were hoping that it'll be an easier fix by just putting on a sleeve on the cracked pipe. However, it that wasn't the case and it would have to be replaced by digging from the ground up. The team was extremely careful and made the smallest possible excavation to not damage my landscaping. In the end, only few pavers were moved which I can put back and they were able to replaced the pipe. To think everything was done within the same day and my family would be able to resume our normal lives was beyond amazing!

On top of that, we also noticed that one of my water pipes in the basement was corroded and had a small leak. The guys also replaced it for me as well!

Water main supply line, leak with low water pressure. Got three estimates and Arrow was the best price and best explanation of the service. Whole job took 6 hours and they put everything back as best as possible. I hope I don't have to use them again but I would recommend Arrow to anyone that has this serious issue.thanks!

I need to commend Claudio for his determination and confidence to get the job done when we ran into an issue with the tube for the trenchless repair of an old leader line. He was professional from start to finish and even though the job took longer than expected. He got the job done right and that is what matters in the end. Tools and machines can fail but you cannot replace human intervention and care for work and clients. Thank you Claudio for saving the day!

Recently had the privilege to work with Arrow on a project. From the second they came on board they were polite, informative, knowledgeable and friendly. From start to finish the attention was focused on doing whatever is necessary to complete the job. Lewis and Doug were there with an hour to provide a more than fair estimate and the following day Lewis and his team arrived at sun up and worked diligently till way past sun down to ensure the sewer was flowing. The machinery and trucks needed for this job was never an issue. I have no doubt that I will 100% be recommending Arrow sewer and drain in the foreseeable future!
