Had them come out for an estimate for a pool hook up. When I told them how I wanted to do it, they seemed clueless. Said they would have to see if it was legal to do it the way I wanted. (The electrical inspector recommended that it be done that way). Said he would send me an estimate....never heard from him.

Always prompt, professional and efficient. They work well as a team, strategic in approach and always of good counsel.

Called about seeing to an electrical issue we were having in our home. Charlie came and was very timely,professional,knowledgeable and thorough. Very reasonable pricing. Would highly reccomend and use them again! Awesome and quick service.

Was a loyal customer of theirs for about 10 years. Had them install a mirror that came broken so they had to come back to hang a new one. After spending more than $600 to install a mirror (i.e, add a new switch to an adjacent switch and add a new outlet a foot above), they charged another $250 to come back and complete the job (15 minutes). They will likely write a rebuttal to this review and say that there was travel time to come back. The reality is because they were a 10 year loyal vendor I never questioned their charges so they never told me they would charge me to come back. I asked them to consider not charging the extra fee and they wouldn't.

Eugene and Charlie provided excellent service installing recessed lights in my home. Eugene did an initial video chat so that I could point out what needs to be done. He then explained clearly what needs to be done. Eugene and Charlie worked quickly, tested every installed light, and went above and beyond by fixing a few other lights excluded from our agreement.

They are the best professionals in the business.

Rhodes & Sons just installed a generator for us. They were knowledgeable and professional with impeccable attention to detail. Over the years we've hired contractors for various projects and have never worked with a company so prideful, honest and on top of every detail along the way. We only wish we could hire Rhodes & Sons for ALL of our home improvement projects!

Extremely pleased with Rhodes Electric. Eugene was prompt with arriving to my home within the specified time frame. He was able to resolve the issue with an outdoor light (wires) that were damaged during a heavy wind storm. He took his time to explain the issue and resolution. Pricing was very reasonable and a I would use them again for any electrical work.

What a phenomenal team and phenomenal service! A portion of our electric went out in the house. We called Steve Rhodes team in and they uncovered our outside panel box had arced - super scary for anyone, and definitely for our 5-person, multi-pet home. The Rhodes team identified it immediately and fixed it for a fair price - in a quality way. Knowing my family is safe because of their work - makes all the difference.

I had new parts put in my toilet and could have bought a new toilet for the price I was charged! Would not use unless you like being ripped off!!!

Had a back flushing issue and din’t clear it up and was charged 650$ for nothing. Got on call with other company and they guarantee to clean the clog for just 123$

Ben and Sam came out and worked on my sewer line. Excellent service all day. Answered every question I had to put me at ease. They resolve the problem and looked out for me in my best interest. Would recommend rotor rooter.

I'm deeply disappointed in my experience. I was charged $750 for a simple pipe snaking, and they chipped my brand new steps in the process. To add insult to injury, they then tried to convince me to spend $14,000 on a pipe repair that a second opinion resolved with a $150 temporary fix (with the repair being covered by insurance!). I feel taken advantage of and will not be using their services again.
