As my 15+ year-old Thermador wall oven had broken, I was debating whether to repair it or buy a new one. I heard from Bergen Appliance that although it was old, it could still be repaired. They mentioned that buying a new one could cost over $3,000 and might not fit the existing wall oven cabinet. My experience was very positive. The repair was done at a low cost, and I believe I can use it for another 15+ years.

My experience with All Bergen Appliance has been outstanding. I have visited their store for parts and also needed to have a technician come to repair an LG refrigerator. The owner, Mary Walsh was extremely helpful when I needed parts and on one occasion when the part was not the problem provided a refund with no problem. I recently had a problem with an LG refrigerator and the technician, Scott called in advance, was on time and did an excellent job in finding the problem and offered valuable advice, providing an estimate of the repair and offered alternatives since the appliance is 10 years old. When I spoke with Mary to cancel the part since I decided to just purchase a new refrigerator she was incredibly helpful and kind by offering her opinion and guidance regarding the brands that are more reliable and suggested an appliance store to obtain a reasonable price. She also agreed on the decision to purchase a new refrigerator instead of have the problem repaired, due to the cost and the track record of additional problems that historically occur with a 10 year old LG refrigerator. I found Mary very knowledgeable, honest and an amazing hands on owner who cares about the customer. I highly recommend All Bergen Appliance.

I contacted All Bergen Appliance Service for a refrigerator repair. The team was very professional and courteous in walking me through the issue and completely transparent on all costs involved. On the day of the repair, the technician, Scott was great, arriving promptly, and repairing my refrigerator effectively, leaving it brand new. I highly recommend!

Same day Service! My washing machine broke and I called the company Maytag recommended and they couldn’t come to me for a week. I was lucky enough to find All Bergen appliance. They came the same day and fixed the problem. Flo and Sal were wonderful!

My dryer quit on me over the weekend. I was considering repairing my dryer or replacing my machine with a new one. I found All Bergen Appliance Service online and gave them a call. Mary got me all set up in short order and my old dryer is as good as new again. I would recommend Mary and the entire crew at All Bergen for any appliance repairs. They were awesome to work with I’m very happy with the results.

I was able to get service within 2 hours. They were friendly and professional and let me know the price along the way. The repair was quick and clean and my washing machine is running perfectly! Highly recommend!

What in incredible family owned business this is. My mothers stove broke this weekend and she wanted to do her Christmas baking today. I could not find anyone who could help me get the part I needed on a weekend. Mary came in and was able to provide the parts for me to get my Mothers stove fixed in short order.

Highly recommend to everyone: the Washing Machine Repair Service Department. Yesterday, the washing machine in my shop broke down! I contacted this company, and the next day their staff came and successfully installed a new washing machine in just over an hour. I'm EXTREMELY disapointed with the service i received. They have someone on the phone that doesn't have technical knowledge. I waited all day, expecting the technician to come. He'd called me instead of coming to tell me that he needs photos and needs to order the part. ASKING ME TO TAKE PHOTOS, a woman to move a fridge instead of looking at the problem himself. People take off of work, to get service. While I understand the limitations. I don't understand why they wait until the last minute to review the case. This could have been resolved. 1. the customer service had some technical knowledge. 2. The technician did some review before confirming the appointment a hour before. Taking time off of work to be told they cannot service the refrigerator. Keep this in mind if you have a busy schedule. Your time might be wasted as well.

Called All Bergen when my dryer started giving me trouble. Their scheduling system leaves a lot to be desired. They tell you a day when you're "on the schedule," but they won't give you a window for when they're coming. They make it your job to call them that day to find out whether they're coming in (roughly) the morning or afternoon. I was told when I asked about this that they "dont have enough manpower" to call their clients and let them know when they'll be coming. Anyways, a tech did came out and gave us a quote that was high enough we wanted a few days to decide if it was even worth it (vs. buying a new machine or getting a second opinion). The tech told us he put the machine back together and would give us a few days to think. After he left, I noticed that the dryer casing was tucked away in the corner, and that the machine hadn't in fact been put back together. I paid $95 for a service call -- it doesn't seem right that the tech would leave pieces of my dryer hidden in my basement as opposed to putting it back the way he found it. When I called to ask them to make it right, I was put back into the same backwards scheduling system, told (after my second call back) that it was my job to call them to figure out when they'd be coming. No thank you.

I contacted All Bergen because the seal on my dryer door needed repair and the dryer wasn't working efficiently. The service appointment was scheduled promptly and they worked within my availability. Scott the technician arrived within the window of time specified and diagnosed the problem quickly, explaining the details along the way. Fixed both issues promptly. Very happy with the service and the associated cost.

I have had a make-up/ break-up & a happy ending kind of experience with All Bergen Appliance Service who was clear about their message… that customer is NOT always right 🤪🫠👻🙈

Everything that could go wrong, went wrong… from a total service time span of a month long to repair leaking ice maker water line & installing heating pan for my Viking in-wall fridge/ freezer.

I have had 4 other appliance companies interviewed from North Bergen, NJ to repair my Viking fridge and they all turned down VIKING.

Andrew from All Bergen Appliance despite of personal & repair hiccups including multiple reschedules came through & got the job done ✅

Bottom line is that I went through Ajada, aggravation, lost patience to a happy ending with service completed 💪
